Incredible Orca Adventure from Tromsø - The hybrid ship is ideal for people who get seasick easily, it’s very quiet and extremely stable. The ride to the hotspot took about three hours, and the journey was stunning, with beautiful views of the mountains along the way. Of course, the absolute highlight was seeing the orcas. We were lucky with the weather as well. The boat offers plenty of space for everyone, which makes it great for photography. 🇳🇴
Highly recommended for photographers: bring at least a 300–600mm lens. 📸
The crew did an excellent job and made the experience even better; very friendly, professional, and always helpful: Thanks Massi, Queen B, Tobias, Viktor, Torkan🙏

Amazing whale watching with great hosts! - We had a great trip with Tobias, Bee, Sophie and Carmen to go and see whales. The hosts were knowledgeable and kept us entertained and informed for the entire trip, which lasted from 8am until 5pm. The cost is reasonable considering the time that you are on the boat. There were about 120 people on our boat but the boat had enough space for everyone to sit down and be comfortable. We were very lucky to spot fin whales, humpbacks and also a large number of Orcas. Would highly recommend the experience to anybody.

A beautiful trip, wonderful staff and we saw a Fin Whale & Orca’s!!! - A beautiful trip, wonderful staff and we saw a Fin Whale & Orca’s!!!
We left at 8am, returning just before 5:30pm, we were lucky enough to spot the Whales and the captain ensured our observation was done in a gentle and non—disruptive way.
A huge shout out to Bee, Tobias and Olek for being so kind and informative throughout the trip. We quite honestly learnt a lot!
10000% recommend, it’s a once in the lifetime opportunity (we also recommend taking sea sickness tablets / use the pressure wrist bands EVEN if you think you don’t usually get motion sickness - some parts of the journey knocked out a few people - I am usually heavily sea sickness however came prepared and was fine).

My First Whale Watching Trip - I am happy that the tour started earlier this year — usually the season begins in late Oct, but this time they had a trip in mid-Oct! It's a good idea to arrive early so you have enough time to find the ferry port and choose a nice seat on the boat. My friends, who had joined the tour before, suggested that I take a seasickness pill. I followed their advice and felt fine throughout the trip.
The journey to the whale area took about four hours each way, and we spent around 45 minutes to an hour watching the whales once we arrived. I appreciated the staff on board who gave great introductions about the whales and the surrounding area.
It was also quite exciting to try filming the whales while the boat was rocking like a pirate ship! Of course you have to be very careful with your phone or camera, and watch out for the waves.
I'd recommend bringing your own food or snacks to make the trip more comfortable. Overall, it was a long but worth.
