Meg's experience - We had plenty of time to get to know the huskies. Then the guide explained everything very well about how to handle the sleds. He chose a great route through the snowy landscape. Highly recommended

Do not miss out on this experience!! - Highly recommend this trip!! I had been wanting to do this for years as I love dogs, especially Huskies! We had plenty of time to interact with the dogs which were so friendly but also gentle. The instructions on how to use the sled were crystal clear and I only wished we could have gone faster and for longer. I would 100% do this experience again on another trip to Tromso.

Fantastic experience - This was a fantastic experience. The guide was very humorous and informative on the bus ride to the husky camp. All of the dogs were so happy and well looked after, and we got lots of time to cuddle them. The scenery whilst sledding was beautiful as well. Overall an amazing morning!

Wonderful experience - We are still totally thrilled. It was a great experience. We were picked up in a small bus and after 45 minutes we arrived at the Husky Camp. Beautiful camp, very nice guides, dogs really friendly. We got overalls, which is also good. They keep you really warm, the dogs jump too, so nothing gets dirty. Long and great sleigh ride, after a short briefing. We can only recommend it! THE tour is just BEAUTIFUL. Many thanks to the great team!

Fantastic, 10/10!! - Amazing trip. We had to change our booking last minute and Norwegian Travel were excellent. Paulius helped us reschedule and sorted everything. They were very easy to contact. The trip itself was fantastic. Beautiful scenery, the dogs were fantastic and very friendly, all the staff were extremely helpful. 10/10!

If you love dogs and snow, this is your dream adventure! - This was a really great adventure. It is expensive but well worth it especially considering the travel, the thermal suits, the knowledgeable guides, hot drink and cake afterwards, and of course the care that goes into the dogs. Nothing is too much trouble and it doesn’t feel rushed. You get time with your huskies after the ride to give them a cuddle to say thank you. The actual ride itself was only 20-25 minutes which did seem quite short but we all enjoyed it very much. If you are considering it as an option, then you must do it. You won’t be disappointed.

Okay - Expensive excursion for a VERY short husky sledding experience. Each person drives the sled for 10 minutes. The staff was really wonderful and the way they talked about the dogs definitely made it seem like the dogs are very loved and understood, however that didn't really align with what I experienced. I didn't love how the dogs were housed and it seemed like they were frustrated during the sledding because they were being held back due to speed constraints because of other sleds very close in front of and behind you. One of the dogs pulling our sled was extremely thin and had its tail between it's legs the whole time. It had diarrhea while we were driving the sled, and the poor thing just seemed so sick. My favorite part of the whole thing was interacting with the dogs who did not pull our sleds, though even that made me a bit sad as there were all chained up to their little outdoor houses. I only speak from my VERY short time with the dogs, so take all of this with a grain of salt, and as I mentioned, the staff seemed very genuine in how they spoke of how much they love and know each of the dogs, and how well they take care of them (which I do not doubt, I just had an icky feeling about it all after I left, based on my own personal experience).
