• Tromso Fjords - At the start of the tour, the guide will review the weather forecasts to determine the optimal area for the excursion.
  The journey will commence in a 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser Arctic Truck, offering a picturesque drive through the fjords and valleys on the nearby islands around Tromsø, such as Kvaløya island.

The guide will lead the group to the most breathtaking spots for unforgettable views and excellent photo opportunities, while also offering photography assistance. A warm picnic will be enjoyed before returning to Tromsø.

Join a small group of six like-minded adventurers to explore and capture the beauty of fjords, wild landscapes, and mountain lakes! Travel in a 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser Arctic Truck with Nico, your guide, who will lead you to the most stunning photo locations around Tromsø.

Our primary destination will be Kvaløya Island, Norway’s fifth largest, but the itinerary remains flexible to adapt to weather conditions, ensuring diverse backgrounds and lighting for your photos. With a bit of luck, you might even encounter wildlife such as reindeer, moose, sea eagles, sea otters, and seals!

Gain valuable photography tips and enjoy an outdoor picnic featuring warm expedition soup, cookies, and hot drinks. Hand and foot warmers are provided, along with ice cleats if necessary, and professional camera tripods for those interested in long exposure shots.

• This tour is not suitable for elderly participants, people with any injury, sickness, movement disability, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches.
• This tour operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. Make sure you wear warm and water resistant clothes and have an extra layer with you and shoes/boots that are suitable for winter and snow.
• You must be in good physical shape to do short walks on uneven terrain that can be snowy, icy, wet and slippery
• The vehicle used to get to the photo locations is a lifted 4x4 off road truck with normal car seats, not a spacious van nor a minibus. Unfortunately, larger sized / very tall guests will not fit comfortably in it. The drives between the various spots are not too long (20 to 30 minutes each), but adequate comfort must be guaranteed to every participant on tour. Please get in touch before booking if in doubt!
