Great experience with a knowledgeable and friendly guide - This polar fjord and fishing trip was one of the highlights of our visit to Tromsø. Stephanie, our guide, was super friendly and knowledgeable. She also gave us great advice on islands to visit during our stay.

The boat trip was perfect... - The boat trip was perfect from beginning to end, with the crew making everyone feel welcome and very informed throughout. Great scenery, great fishing and excellent food and drinks. Well done polar experience team.

Fantastic cruise with a delicious lunch and great guides. - Fantastic cruise through spectacular scenery with very friendly and informative guides. White Tailed Eagles diving down to catch fish were the highlight of the tour. The opportunity to fish for Atlantic Cod was fun but unproductive on our tour. Lunch was a very good fish soup (fortunately they didn’t have to rely on using our catch) All in all a great and highly recommended trip.

It was the best possible weather and the fjord trip was wonderful. Fishing was a great success as well! Great trip! - Trip was a great success. Scenery was exceptional. Saw the White Eagle, caught a cod off the boat. They cleaned our fish for us and we ate it on the boat!

Tour of my Life! 🌠 - Had an amazing time on the fjord tour! The staff was so young, energetic, and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience even better. Our guide, Holly, was absolutely fantastic—funny, engaging, and full of detailed, informative stories about the area. And the fish soup? Hands down the best I’ve ever had! (And I'm coming from Gdańsk!) Highly recommend this tour for a great mix of adventure, cosiness, great company, and delicious food!

Cruise in arctic wonderland - Thanks to the friendly crew for creating such a wonderful experience. Beautiful scenery, interesting lore, delicious soup from fresh caught cod! Highly recommend.

Best day ever with the best tour guide! - Amazing experience. Our tour guide holly was so informative, helpful and funny, she really made our experience special. We saw dolphins, eagles and beautiful views of the fjords and Tromso. My first time fishing and I managed to hook a fish, it was so exciting but sadly the fish got away. The fish soup was delicious and there were lots of tasty refreshments to keep us going throughout the day. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend the tour to anyone.

Would hv been 5 star but they changed the address without being clear in their comms - First the great parts
1. Great way to see the fjords.
2. The staff and crew were super friendly, energetic and really helped make the cruise go by very fast.
3. We saw lots of interesting wild life (sea eagle) and the frozen part of a fjord.
In short, highly recommended!!
Other info: The fish soup is nice ( I liked it!) but it’s not lunch sized unless you are a small eater.
Why is this not this 5 stars? There was lack of clarity in their comms that the pick up address was changed. (When I read the email I thought they meant the main message was that they changed their ship). So we went to the wrong location and had to double back. it was a good thing we had given ourselves 15-20 min extra to arrive in time or else we may hv missed the boat!
In my opinion, for something as important as an address change, it should be marked very clearly at the start of the message that is sent. Keep in mind we are on the road and I am accessing all this info on a small screen on a phone.

Great fun - Lovely day on the boat. The weather was overcast and cold so we put on the warm suits. Very cold and windy out fishing but great fun. We enjoyed seeing the eagles and managed to get some pictures.
The crew we very knowledgeable and helpful.

Maybe a tourist trap after all - The weather and visibility were not brilliant, but there is nothing the organizer can do about that of course.
The windows of the boat were constantly fuming so you didn't see much inside.
Two bald eagles spotted. All in all limited on 5 hour cruise.
