We saw the Aurora,... - We saw the Aurora, multiple times and in varying intensity. There was cocoa, tea, cookies and a delicious fish soup. The crew is super friendly, everyone is available for questions. There was also help with the phone settings and they were also suitable for couples as photographers, so we were in a photo together with the Aurora in the background. We really liked it and we can only recommend it. There were also two sweet and lovely little on-board dogs.

The guides made this... - The guides made this trip! Tomas and Christina were fun to talk with. The sky was clear and we had a great evening viewing the lights. I would recommend.

Amazing when the weather... - Amazing when the weather is right for the Northern Lights. This experience is weather contingent. The guys did everything they could do to find them and we had success!

Amazing light's views - Very good tour. Good to see the lights. With a bathroom, snack, warm inside the boat. Great choice for a tour.

Northern Lights by Boat - We were lucky and happened to book the boat tour on a clear night and witnessed a dazzling Northern Lights display for hours. The staff were friendly and willing to adjust phone camera settings and take pictures for guests. Hot beverages and cookies were a nice touch. Icy conditions on the deck but that is to be expected in February in Tromso. Only thing I would adjust is to establish a more formal boarding process, it was a little chaotic scanning tickets and boarding the boat. Overall, a 5 star experience!

A Rewarding Trip - A good (and rewarding!) trip last night expertly hosted by the entertaining and knowledgeable Joanna and Ken. Well worth exploring.

Unforgettable experience on the fjord! - It takes about 20 minutes to get beyond the lights of Tromso to the optimal darkness for lights viewing, and then you wait! We were very lucky to see a beautiful light display, but booked this tour for the second chance guarantee offered just in case the weather made viewing difficult. The boat was at capacity so be prepared to negotiate a crowd on deck for viewing. Recommend!

A not too happy customer - This trip was cancelled as we all arrived!! I understand that trips get cancelled due to weather (too many clouds), however it was cloudy and windy all day and they must have known that it would not change into the evening. If the trip provider sent the cancellation out during the afternoon or even early evening, guests would still have been able to make alternative arrangements for entertainment for the evening! Or, even allowing the cruise to take place without the possibility of seeing the northern lights would have been a more favorable option! I am also told that I have to wait 7 days for my refund.. The trip cancellation was not done automatically by Viator. 😞

DO NOT CONTRACT THIS AGENCY!!! - Don't hire this agency! Long in advance, since November/2025, I bought two tours with this agency. A boat ride at night to see the Northern Lights, and a day fishing. This fishing was my husband's dream. For then, without further delays, on the eve they canceled the night tour, alleging bad weather. We were even frustrated, but all right, we understand. But the next day, the fishing was also canceled. The problem is I was staying in the hotel in front of the marina, and I saw the company boat leaving for the tour. I contacted to complain and employee Vitor said that a boat left, but what I bought did not leave. Is the sea now selective? All right, I reinforced how much my husband dreamed of this ride and asked to put us in the next day, but that employee said he had no vacancy. I proved I had a vacancy by sending a purchase simulation, showing 6 vacancies left, and I only needed 2. But he's bad, cruel, and even had empathy with the situation and left us out of that dream ride. He even gave a satisfaction about the vacancies that I proved existed. We had to deal with this kind of company and employee who has not a drop of responsibility and education with their clients. I did wonderful walks with the Wandering Owl and Reinder. Get out of this agency if you don't want to get frustrated.
