As some of the most seasoned guides, they review weather forecasts before each tour and maintain close communication with a network of guides to maximize the chances of witnessing the Northern Lights. The comfortable vehicle is fully equipped with everything needed for the Arctic, enabling the group to explore remote landscapes and reach more serene and tranquil locations. Pickup is at a central spot in Tromsø, allowing for more time to find and view the Aurora earlier! With each night being unique, their enthusiasm and commitment remain unwavering.
Upon arriving at suitable skies, the group will set up camp for the evening. Often, this involves a short drive to the nearby coastal islands of Tromsø, or if necessary, a longer journey into Finland.

We had an excellent trip... - We had an excellent trip on February 28 with Thomas as our guide. The weather forecast was not brilliant but we still managed to see a good level of northern lights as well as some dancing lights!

Northern Lights in a breathtaking scenery - Lucas and Tomas did a great job! We experienced a wonderful Aurora show in a stunning landscape on a frozen and snow covered lake in the mountains. It was a bit tricky first because the weather conditions were not so good on this evening. But our guides found the right spot.
In the period till the Northern lights appeared our guides kept us warm with a campfire and hot drinks and soup and had many interesting information for us about the Aurora and the region.
Lucas was a skilled driver and we had a safe journey back to the hotel where we were dropped off. We were rewarded with stunning pictures from Tomas. This was an amazing evening and we would totally recommend the tour!

Fantastic experience. ... - Fantastic experience. Our guides Filip and Mathias were enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and knew the best places to stop. Filip was a skilled photographer and we got some great shots. Both guides were genuinely excited by the Northern Lights and their enthusiasm was infectious. We were well looked after with hot chocolate and cookies. Would definitely recommend.

An unforgettable experience! - Very welcoming received by Matthias and Phillippe. They are friendly and competent employees with a lot of knowledge and particularly enthusiastic. Matthias is friendly and has a good eye for the needs of the group. Philippe is a highly skilled photographer and has inexhaustible knowledge of the Northern Lights that he likes to share. A top combination! Well organized and brought back to our place to stay. It may be a bit more expensive, but it is a very complete experience in a small group. We were lucky with beautiful Northern Lights.

A great tour with great staff. - The tour was excellent. The company does a lot to analyse weather to then best choose a destination to see the lights. Bogdan was a fantastic guide with a very friendly demeanor and positive attitude. He seems passionate about the science behind the northern lights and loves to share this knowledge with others. He was also very helpful in showing how to set up my camera, while also taking photos of everyone with his.

The most wonderful evening - We were incredibly lucky to go on this tour on a night of strong northern lights. Bogdan, our wonderful guide, took us about 90 minutes south of tromso to have complete darkness and a beautiful mountain backdrop. He told us plenty of interesting facts and did amazing photos for us. The soup was very nice too. A great experience.

Wow! Outstanding Tour! - Best tour ever! Tomas and Ana are beyond description.
Chasing the lights is a bucket list item and they exceeded expectations. Tomas is passionate about the aurora as well as photography. Both Ana and Tomas provided exceptional customer service. The guiding as well as the driving were superb. Not enough superlatives to describe the experience. We would without reservation recommend this to anyone interested.

To be avoided look for someone cheaper and with better guarantee - During our outing, unfortunately we were unable to see the Northern Lights due to cloud cover. Regarding the organization of the tour, I have nothing negative to say — the guide was skilled and even drove all the way to Finland in an attempt to find clear skies and see the aurora.
My negative review concerns the tour operator’s insistence on confirming the tour for March 1st, even though the forecast was already predicting very bad weather, and their refusal to allow me to move the tour to Saturday, when the sky was clear.
Some tour operators offer a partial refund or alternative tours as a goodwill gesture to acknowledge the disappointment, even though it is obviously beyond their control. In this case, despite my explicitly requesting it, they limited themselves to an apology, even though their price is among the highest on the market.
My suggestion is that there is no point in paying more — they are all competent, so you should choose the operator that offers the best guarantees.
