Auroras Boreales in Tromsø. Norway - Incredible experience! Professionalism and breathtaking Northern Lights: To see the Northern Lights in Tromsø, it is crucial to hire a reliable company. First Adventurers provided an excellent experience: • Service: Fair pricing, great buses, and perfect punctuality. • Expertise: They are true specialists in locating the best spots to guarantee a sighting. • The Team: The guides are essential to the experience. We went with Jorge and Mark, who are both professional photographers with extensive scouting experience. We did two night tours with them, and both times we were treated to incredible displays of the Aurora Borealis. They were constantly focused on finding the best location, taking care of the clients, and providing photography support. You couldn't ask for more! Thank you so much. We achieved the main goal of our trip and enjoyed it immensely. We will be back!

Great trip, great guides, comfortable bus! - From start to finish, this tour was run very professionally, the guides were great and the driver was very skilled. We did see the northern lights and they were amazing! The guide/photographer does take professional pictures which get published to their website about 4-5 days later. They offer a free download option which are totally fine, but I did pay for the full resolution option which is about $30 US Dollars. Hot chocolate, and cookies are served and a bonfire was started while hunting the lights. Even with the fire, dress warm as it does get cold! Overall it was an amazing experience and this tour company was excellent. Even the bus was very comfortable!

Good, smooth experience,... - Good, smooth experience, and we saw the lights. Was a little worried given the cheap price and comparatively lower reviews, but the tour ended up being great. Nice touch having snacks and hot drinks in the middle.

Excellent experience - We had such a great Northern Lights tour. Everything was really well organised and we felt looked after from start to finish. Our guide and photographer Jorge, was excellent — knowledgeable, calm and genuinely passionate about what he does. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. A big thank you as well to our very skilful driver who handled the icy roads so smoothly and safely. We always felt in good hands. And of course… seeing the lights made it all unforgettable. Highly recommend! ✨

Great end to our Tromsø trip - We had a great tour on January 9th! The team was nice and we saw great northern lights. Got coffee and cookies at the fireplace (The fireplace was a good thing! It’s freezing haha). Everyone was great and they let us get off at Myrland on our way back to save us the travel from Tromsø city center. Thank you! Our last night in Tromsø was really nice!

Definitely recommend! - The guides had a lot of experience and even on a challenging day we were able to see the lights, which were beautiful. The fire and conversations were also very fun and helped us spend time while we waited.

Not recommended - It was the cheapest tour I could find, so I didn’t expect it to be perfect but it was far worse than expected. We literally camped next to a highway. I’m not exaggerating: you can check the location on the map, “E8 Rest Area” that was our camp base, with heavy light pollution all around. We could only see aurora when there was no traffic on the highway, because car lights were lighting up the entire area. And the guide didn’t feel like talking that day. It was a silent tour without any information, guidance or anything. Honestly, I felt scammed paying that much for this experience.

Very stressful experience - To be honest I was quite disappointed with the experience. We couldn’t find the guide as he walked away and didn’t tell us where he was going. There were so many tour guides from different companies there and all dressed exactly the same and it was dark and chaotic. I couldn’t see anything and had to turn the torch on to find my daughter and got yelled at by one of the guides. It was a very stressful experience and by the time our guide found us the northern lights were gone and our professional photo had barely any of the northern lights in it. We got given one drink and no snacks and this experience was 7 hours long. I will not recommend this experience to anyone.

Not Aurora Hunt/ Chase - This is not an Aurora Chase/ Aurora Hunt tour. Our guide did not explain anything. The driver told her he was going to park at a beach while the sky cleared. They told us to walk over to a spot on the beach. We were only going to be there until they found a different location. They actually kept the there for the entire duration of the tour. It was terrible. The beach had several buildings/houses with lights. It was a well lit area. Several other vans and buses arrived with hundreds of individuals, it quickly became crowded. All they did was drive us to a beach about 30 minutes away from the city center. This is tour is falsely advertised.
