Amazing Aurora with Lucas, Bernardo and Sergej - We booked with this company because they said they would go into Finland, if necessary, from Tromso in search of clear skies to see the lights. (The bigger tour companies do not do this.) Crossing the border was unnecessary on Monday, January 19, 2026, as we had an extraordinary display thanks to an S-4 solar storm. We were able to see with our naked eyes a vivid red aurora that lasted quite a long time. Do not expect this on your trip. This night's display was a once-in-20-years experience. Lucas and Bernardo were amazing guides/photographers. Sergej drove very safely on dark, icy roads. One hiccup: the voucher said to meet at 7 pm at the Circle K. But at 6:06 pm, we received a call that the minibus was already ready to leave and waiting for us. Apparently an email had gone out changing the time to 6 pm, but we never received it. The last communication we had from the company earlier that day still said 7 pm. Fortunately, we were already nearly ready and Bernardo and Lucas agreed to pick us up at our nearby hotel. So, we saw the lights on this amazing night. We wish to extend an extra special thanks to Bernardo and Lucas and to our fellow passengers for waiting for us and to Arctic GM for reaching out to us twice by phone from Finland. I didn't pick up the first time because I was afraid it might be a scam call!! So glad I answered the second time!!

Friendly and experienced guide - Awesome experience with Victor ( our tour guide ) he was very knowledgeable and patient. The spot he took us to was gorgeous, we spent 5 hours in total and he served hot chocolate and cinnamon rolls. We saw 4 different dancing lights that night truly a magical experience. Highly recommended.

Bucket list tick - We had the most amazing, fun host. He was so knowledgeable. Ticked the NL off my bucket list. The only negatives is the snacks and drinks could be improved. We were so hungry! I’d recommend to pack your own, especially if you have dietary restrictions. I listed that I’m GF but this is not passed on to the host.

We saw the best. - An amazing experience with Georgio and Luigi providing excellent service, including snacks and hot chocolate. Most importantly the lights were breathtaking. Three stops and they kept getting better. They helped with lots of photos. So many amazing memories.

The most beautiful Northern Lights chase I've ever experienced - The tour was amazing. Lucas and Antonio, our two guides, were very friendly and entertaining. They made sure everyone was having a good time and felt included. We saw the Northern Lights at three different spots, and each of them was incredible in its own way. Even the sky without the Northern Lights, full of stars, is worth seeing. Abu drove us safely to every spot and made sure we had a warm place to warm up. I will recommend this tour, as it was the funniest Northern Lights chase I've ever been on. Thank you for this experience.

Disappointing and overpriced – do not recommend - This tour was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the high price. The guide stayed almost the entire time in the same area, we kept driving in circles and always ended up back in Tromsø instead of actively searching for better conditions. It was clear that because it was New Year’s Eve, the guide just wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible. The so-called “guarantee” is misleading: the auroras were only visible through the camera, not with the naked eye and even the photos we received were poor quality and very disappointing To make things worse, the driver was rude and unprofessional. For the amount of money charged, the service was unacceptable. People travel from very far away and often save for years to fulfill the dream of seeing the Northern Lights. It is unethical to play with those expectations. This company offers a poor experience at an absurdly high cost.
