Fantastic - Booked short in advance, went fine. We thought at first, big bus, probably a bit touristy. But it was fantastic! Very good guide (Fabian) top driver. Lots of explanations and a beautiful camp where we went. Ploughing through the deep snow and then seeing beautiful northern lights on the shore. So many and bright northern lights. And the nice thing was the enthusiasm of the guide, who seemed to enjoy it most. The guide didn't want to leave at all, but he had to, because everyone had to go back to Tromso. Nice soup and sandwiches by the wood stove. Really enjoyed it!

A fantastic aurora chasing tour. - The aurora borealis today was incredible. I saw green and pink. They flowed as if they were dancing. Absolutely fantastic! The tour guide was incredibly responsible and enthusiastic. There was an adorable little dog at the campsite. Dinner was great, and the hot cocoa was delicious. I especially loved the firewood there. The price is also reasonable and worthy.

Best Arctic Aurora Safari Minibus – A Magical Experience - Our Aurora Safari Minibus tour with Best Arctic was an unforgettable experience, made even more special by the incredible team. Miel, our host, was simply outstanding—knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the northern lights. He explained the science behind the aurora, how to predict its appearance, and the best ways to capture it on camera. His insights enhanced the entire experience, turning the evening into both an adventure and a learning opportunity. Per, our driver, was calm, friendly, and highly skilled, navigating challenging snowy roads with ease, taking us on a smooth and safe journey deep into the Arctic wilderness in search of clear skies. His driving allowed us to relax, knowing we were in good hands. The minibus itself was comfortable and warm, which made the long drive pleasant. Miel and Per worked seamlessly together, adjusting the route based on real-time forecasts and sky conditions. Their determination paid off when we finally reached a perfect viewing spot, and the northern lights put on a spectacular show. The aurora was breathtaking—dancing greens and pinks across the night sky. Overall, this tour exceeded all expectations. With Miel’s expertise and Per’s excellent driving, we had a safe, comfortable, and awe-inspiring evening. If you’re in Tromsø and want the best chance of seeing the northern lights, this is the tour to take.

Dear guides, cozy location, but long on the bus and no guarantees on the northern lights see. - A trip to an Aurora camp done with our adolescents. The guides kept a close eye on the sky and that led to a spontaneous stop with very nice light 5 minutes before we reached the camp. We took extensive photos and enjoyed the beautiful light and that was good because it had now been closed at the camp. The soup was very tasty, but we expected a little more in terms of food. Because we had to gather at 6.15 pm we had not eaten yet. The lefse was also very tasty and the host of the hut super nice. Unfortunately, there was no campfire outside. Because it remained closed and we had already seen beautiful skies we returned home at 10 pm. So expect to be on the bus for a long time (2x1 hour and 15 minutes) and not a full meal. But seeing the Northern Lights makes everything okay!

Northern Lights Mini-bus Safari - Margot was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and helpful. We felt that the trip could have been shorter, we spent a long time by the water in freezing temperatures when the lights were very faint.

Unpleasant experience! - A totally unpleasant experience. in the desperation to make as much money as possible they do not take into account the weather conditions that make it impossible for the aurora borealis to appear and transport tourists for 6 hours to chase clouds when it is known from the beginning that it is in vain. impossible to cancel without losing all the money. I do not recommend The driver and the guide tried to do their best!
