Well worth it !! - Excellent tour, great tour guides with Excellent knowledge, ship we went on was warm and comfortable also . The scenery was superb and saw plenty of Fin whales and humpbacks

Amazing day and tour - The day was truly magical!! we saw orcas, humpback whales , and even an eagle that came out to say hi. The weather was really good and we got cotton candy colored skies the whole way. Thanks again to Juan for explaining the importance these beautiful animals have! Lunch was also really good Would recommend!

Fantastic Excursion, Highly Recommend!! - We absolutely LOVED our experience with Polar Adventures’ whale watching tour and would highly recommend it. Our guides mentioned that the day we went (Dec. 17) was one of their best days of the season — we saw lots of orca, humpback whales, and the upper deck even spotted an eagle. My partner and I particularly loved watching the magnificent snow capped fjords we were sailing through. We had a fantastic time and would gladly go again even if we hadn’t seen any whales. Our guides were funny and friendly. Our original booking was changed slightly — we were put onto a larger boat (with more people) but we also were able to get to the feeding area quicker. Not a bad thing, but the time and location were changed and I didn’t receive an email/notification (checked junk folders, etc.), so if we hadn’t shown up early to the original meeting point, we would have been left behind. Just a reminder for others to not be late! ;)

Great trip - Great team of staff. Very funny and knowledgeable. We saw plenty of Orcas. Bitterly cold so wrap up warm. Baguette that was provided was delicious.

Disappointed - The way to the watching spot was very long and we had only few minutes there. We we're a bit disappointed.

Poorly run company - Trash company that plans tours and cancels without letting you know. Will never recommend or use them again. Even emailed multiple times in advance to ensure the tour was still happening only to be cancelled on and finding out it was cancelled because no boat showed up to the meetup after hours of waiting.

THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS! DO NOT BOOK. - THIS IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT BOOK!!!! PLEASE. I NEVER write bad reviews. I’ve been all over the world and this was by far the WORST travel experience I’ve ever had. Seriously - we booked our tour three months in advance. I confirmed twice before our tour date that we were still going. The company canceled, and are refusing to refund, after we had paid for transport to their site and almost $400 USD for the tour. I only found out the tour was canceled after we traveled across the world, waited at their site in the bitter cold and snow for 1.5 hrs, then no one showed up to their meeting point. WE WERE NEVER EMAILED, CALLED, OR FULLY REFUNDED US FOR THIS NIGHTMARE. I demanded a refund, the manager promised a refund, then said he would need ALL of my banking information (routing number, account number, my full legal name, bank name, SWIFT / IBAN number, etc.) to refund me. People were trying to drain my account!!!!! And yes, this was actually this ‘company’ - I booked directly through their site. Still waiting for my refund - I email three times each week, no reply… how strange! If this were legit, I’d have my money back. I paid with card and was told they couldn’t refund my card. So, in summary… DO NOT BOOK. THIS IS A SCAM. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

Use extreme caution and do your research before booking with them - We booked this tour 4 months ago and it was cancelled at the last minute with no explanation. Because of this we were not able to book with anyone else because everything was already booked. I understand things happen but they did not communicate or even offer another date or tour companies that we could do it with.

Use extreme caution when booking with this company, do your research!!! - This tour was cancelled on us with no reason and no dates available to re-book. The tour operator offered no reason to why this was cancelled last minute on us. We had this tour booked for 4 months in advance and for them to cancel on us for no legitimate reason is extremely sad and frustrating. Now it is too late for us to have a chance to book with anyone else. ***I would use extreme caution when booking with this company.*** We did get a refund and they only said they cancelled for reasons outside their control. I would understand if the weather was bad or something else but to just cancel on us for no reason is just bad business.
