💝Reindeer and Sami - We had the most fun feeding the reindeer and had a good hour just to roam around the farm with the animals. It is therapeutic for the soul!
This was followed by spending another hour in the warm cabin having delicious reindeer stew and then an informative talk by our Sami guide John-Michael - whose full name I couldn’t memorise however many times he repeated it. The joiking was an unexpected surprise which definitely made an impression on us.
I was looking forward to buying a few souvenirs from the shop but this was very limited unfortunately.
Then finally we had a comfortable 3/4 hour ride back to Tromso. Very contented 😊

Amazing experience! - Really well run operation. Pickup was on time, the camp was only 40 min outside of Tromso and we got to feed so many reindeer! They have a herd of 71 reindeer to feed and this was a really fun experience. When you get there, you put the shoe covers on and get to feed them right away. After that, you get soup (either reindeer or vegetable) and listen to Sami history.

Loving the REINDEER Experience! - This was the best tour in 6-8 years we have been cruising! FUN, AFFORDABLE, ( a price of less than half of others), HANDS ON ( feeding the deer), INFORMATIVE ( hearing stories about the SAMI) and DELICIOUS ( the reindeer stew)! The staff was kind, helpfully and creative!

Cute - Great afternoon. The reindeer are so cute ! Great to learn about sami culture & the reindeer stew was very tasty. Recommend doing a tour.

Massive delay in AA points - Experience was ok. My main issue is that the vendor has not processed my AA loyalty points for about 3 months now with no communication as to why and when I can get my points. For those where this is relevant, you may want to consider using another vendor.
