We will inform guests about the conditions and guests can postpone or cancel and get a 100% refund if the chances are very low and they don’t want to risk. If guests decide to go despite knowing that chances are low and there is no success, no refund will be made.

Amazing Tromso visit - We loved our tour around Tromso with Alex. We saw the lights in different places and visited different spots. Best tour ever.

I was really satisfied - Our trip was amazing. At the beginning I was slightly suprised because of the division of groups into vans, the organization was a little bit confused. But then we set out on the road. Our driver was great, thoughtful and I felt safe in the car. After about 50 minutes we stopped and we had something incredible and perfect! Amazing two and a half hours of aurora literally that all sides! Our guide was nice and helpful and took us many professional photos. We got warm tea and coffee and chocolate muffins. The trip lasted 6 hours. It was an unforgettable experience!

Northern Lights experience - Pictures were great, didn't need the full time as we saw the lights after just 1 hour out of Tromso. I was suprised that you do not see the colours of the lights with the natural eye, only through photos but we got lots of those and the guide took some lovely ones with my daughter and I in front of them which was great!

Chasing the Northern Lights - Our guide Aaron was great- friendly, good knowledge and observant. Kept checking for updates and drove all over with great determination to make sure we caught the lights, and we did see some. Tq!

Highly recommend! - We had such a great time!
They were really caring and informative since the beginning. We need special time for our private tour and they promptly did so.
The tour itself was amazing, Jan made sure that we were all thermally comfortable and also checked the forecast/sky all the time.

They are awesome! - I had a scheduled hunt with a different company and they cancelled “due to severe weather” one day before. As I was passing by their offices, I saw their banner and decided to schedule with them. And I am so glad it did happen! They were the only to take time to show the satellite maps and explain the challenges. Then we looked for the lights and our driver/guider was excellent providing us the best chance to see it. And we did! I sincerely recommend them

unforgettable experience - "The experience has been unforgettable. We saw the Northern Lights in all their glory. Francisco is an excellent guide and has a very well-organized company. He provided us with boots and complete equipment to venture out into the field to see the Northern Lights. The photos taken will make for an unforgettable memory."

We saw the lights - Went with Francisco of Green gold of Norway
Not just he made sure we see the northern lights, he wanted us to see it again after the first glimpse of the northern lights
He continued the ride on our way back and made another stop for more northern light chasing
He emailed us the professional photo he took for us after the tour
