Amazing trip with a wonderful guide - We had the most wonderful day with our guide Daniel on the 2nd June! He really went out his way to make sure we had a fantastic experience on the beautiful Tromsø fjords, and was kind enough to share his professional pictures with us afterwards (especially grateful as our camera stopped working!). Daniel was very knowledgeable and very friendly, and made us feel very comfortable all day. We would not hesitate to book with Flexitour again and certainly will be hoping to come back to Tromsø again soon.

Driving Fjord Tour - A fabulous day out with Andrei, a very knowledgeable guide, who took us to the beautiful fjords near Tromso. As the company we booked with did not have enough people, he put us on to Enjoy the Arctic company and this was a great arrangement. Great experience, reccomended! - Great experience, we all had a great time seeing the fjords and beautiful beaches all around Tromso. The tour guide is very professional and informed and took very beautiful pictures of us.

Awesome Fjord Tour - Our tour was on the day of the shortest daytime, so we had to finish it with 4 hours. Although there were only two attendants ( my partner and I), the guide still did his professional job. He was so friendly. We were talking along the way. He answered me all the questions about Tromso and let me learn more rather than only the Fjord. He also took photos professionally. At the beginning, he gave us two options for the tour and we selected the one to the summer island. We stopped several times, roughly 5 spots and two Fjord, ending with a homemade lunch on the beach with the BLUE sky. We enjoyed our tours.

Beautiful scenery, friendly guide - We were booked on Flexitours because the tour operator we originally booked with had car troubles. Flexitours delivered! There was one other couple which made a party of five (guide included). Drove a long way along the most beautiful fjords. Halfway there was a lunch (small wrap and a pastry) which was small but tasty. Dress warm, especially during winter. Luckily, there were thermal suits and boots in the care. The were much appreciated!

MSC Cruises Admitted Severe Noise Issue, But No Fair Resolution Yet - During my recent cruise with MSC Cruises, I experienced severe, continuous noise in my cabin, day and night, coming from the buffet galley above. The noise made it impossible to sleep or enjoy the cruise properly. After I complained, MSC Cruises admitted in writing that the noise was due to their operations. However, they have only offered an unspecified future cruise credit with unclear terms, which does not match the seriousness of the disruption I experienced. I am not requesting a refund but a fair resolution: ✅ Two future cruise tickets in the same class cabin, for the same length of cruise, with no blackout dates to replace the vacation I lost. I am attaching a video I recorded during the cruise showing the level of noise in my cabin so travelers can see the situation for themselves. I hope MSC Cruises will see this and reconsider providing a fair resolution, as this was a significant operational failure on their part.
