- La Cuvette Public Beach - This hidden gem, located near the town of Grand Bay, is often overlooked by visitors. At just 80 meters long, it is surrounded by secluded coves and rocky outcrops.
- Pereybere Beach - Adjacent to the resort town of Pereybere, this beach is a favorite among Mauritians. The water here is slightly deeper than at most other beaches, yet remains very calm. There are numerous food stalls along the beach, as well as cafes and restaurants in the town of Pereybere.

Swimming with sea turtles - Swimming with turtles, having a very close view of them, snorkelling, watching fish and snake at the bottom of the sand, swimming at other sandy beaches of the abovementioned tour, having a lunch at a traditional food restaurant.

Mont Choisy Beach - This beach is described as one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius. Indeed it is a very long white sandy beach bordered by pine trees and bathed in a turquoise lagoon.
Personally it's not our favorite, not wild enough for us. Nevertheless it is absolutely beautiful.

Great excursion to Mauritius - Excellent excursion with very helpful guide. As soon as we disembarked from the ship we found our driver who was waiting for us without wasting time bargaining with the taxi drivers waiting outside the port. I recommend this agency to everyone.

Swimming with turtles and multicolored fish - Captain Bobby brings you by boat swimming with turtles, admiring multicolored fish at the coral reef
It also makes other outings
Bobby is very reassuring to people who panic like me on a boat and respect the seabed
You will find Bobby with his blue boat either on the beach of Mont Choisy or on the thatched pontoon between the beaches of Trou aux Biches and Mont Choisy

Beach hopping - I managed to go to Mont Choisy, Pereybere, Balaclava, Tamarin, La Prenuese and Flic en Flac beaches. Each beach has its advantages what I remember about Tamarin is the warm water.

Great Day - I enjoy the beach hopping, The beach we great and the guide was very informative. Great driving skills and the air conditioning in the car helped with the hot weather.

Paradise beach - Beautiful beaches where to walk or just rest; the first is hole aux does, then you continue up north and you have the large beach of Mont Choisy , then the beach the more intimate toilet and finally pereybere .
Note that on weekends these beaches are heavily frequented so prefer to go there during the week much quieter. also note that the waters are not very harvesting prefer rather blue bay in the south east of the island

It's okay. - The tour was really for me alone. The driver was nice and accommodating. The pick up was on time at the hotel. Unfortunately, I only had 1 hour per beach. And the public beaches were not "insider tips". It's too bad. Because 2 of the beaches could have been saved. The tour lasted only 7 hours instead of the planned 8 hours. Two hours' drive from there. What I liked was that the driver drove especially to the Red Chapter and to a Hindu temple by the sea. He also stopped wherever I wanted to take a picture.

Bad experience - Our tour was advertised as a four beaches tour with air conditioned car and English speaking driver. The driver’s English was very poor. He did not understand us. The car was old and driver had his window down at all times. The windows were so dirty we could hardly see out of them. We felt there was no air conditioning and we were only taken to 3 beaches and returned to ship 2 hours early.
