Any rescheduling for this reason is subject to a $199 fee. • Individuals/Groups who are late by 10 minutes or more from the required time of arrive (20 minutes prior to flight departure time) without notice are considered no-shows and refunds will not be given. A $99 rescheduling fee will apply. • Individuals/Groups that are late by 10 minutes or more from the required time of arrive (20 minutes prior to flight departure time), even with notice, may be subject to cancellation with no refund or will be rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts with other scheduled flights the day of the flight. A $199 fee will apply.
