Great experience all around! - We had a ton of fun on this with our kids. Our guide (Rafael) was amazing and very knowledgeable which is what you want especially zip lining 1km long! Felt safe the whole time and enjoyed the food at the end. The cenote was mesmerizing and definitely worth the wait.

This was such a fun and... - This was such a fun and surprisingly, cultural experience. We rode atv's, ziplined, explored and swam in a cenote, and even got to watch a Mayan ceremony. They topped off the event with a delicious lunch and also had a bar and gift shop available run by local Mayans. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

Book now and I promise you will thank me later! - This was the best adventure I could have ever booked! From our tour guide Caesar aka CJ being the absolute best and the driver who picked us up from the pickup location she was so sweet and kind and got us there safely. It was only a 15min ride to get to the jungle from downtown Tulum so you don’t have to go far and everything was organized and went smoothly. I just want to say thank you so much for creating so many beautiful memories for us to remember. This is a MUST DO WHEN IN TULUM, MEXICO! Book it NOOOOWWW and go have some fun :)

Great experience - Great time and food. Staff was nice and friendly! The ATV portion wasn’t as good as the zip line and cenotes. But overall still a great time

Go do this! Great time - My friends and I had a great time! Our tour guide Christian was excellent! Riding through the jungle in ATVs and going into the cenote was so fun. I have a major fear of heights so did not do the zip line (my friends did and had fun) lunch was served afterwards and was good too.

Mixed feelings about this experience - A bit of a mixed experience. There were some parts that we really enjoyed such as the long zip line and the cenote, but the overall experience was disappointing, frustrating and a bit stressful. Firstly, the group sizes are too big, meaning there's a lot of waiting around for each group member to do each task. Secondly, you are there amongst numerous other groups doing the same experience, you really feel like you're just taking part in a money making machine where the staff don't really care. But honestly, you do kinda feel bad for the workers because some of the people they have to deal with on the experience are obnoxious and self centered tourists, so you can understand why they don't really care. Also I can imagine their lives are hard and it's arrogant of us to expect to feel special when they're just trying to earn some money. We arrived at the location and had to wait around 45 minutes before starting an activity because they had double booked the slot, and gave us minimal communication to let us know how long we'd be waiting for. The ATVs were good, I would suggest getting your own one rather than sharing if you can afford it. Only downside was that you spend the first 10 mins driving back down the bumpy lane you just drove up in the minibus! The ziplines got better the more you did, and the last one was so cool as it's massive! The cenote was a really cool cave system that the guide takes you through with a torch, so that was different from any we'd been to before! The only downside was drinks salesman at the cenote kept giving different prices for the same drinks which felt dishonest. Overall, we did have fun at some points but it was disorganised, lots of waiting around, felt like you were just another number in a money making machine.

Ok overall - The zip lines were cool, but it was a bit different from what we expected. The ATV ride was pretty slow and nothing to really see or enjoy the view. We had a local lunch whoch was pretty simple and we were still hungry afterwards.

TERRIBLE - To begin with, the shuttle service was late. They picked up from 5 or so different hotels. Our pick up time was 11:40am and our tour started at 12:45. We didn’t get picked up until 12:00 and we didn’t arrive at the park until 2:00. And then, once you get to the entrance of the park, you have to get on a different shuttle and go on the worst and most bumpy 15-20 min ride of your life! Then comes more waiting! You will wait for instruction and while you’re waiting will be pestered to buy bug spray, water shoes, bandanas, etc for 20 minutes! Saying “No” doesn’t work! The tour was okay. ATVs were slow, horses were exhausted and didn’t want to go, zip lines were decent. Water is the only thing included. The cenote was pretty and the best part by far! At the end of the tour, they give you a “snack” and then pester you about buying the photos of the day. We said we weren’t interested and that they were expensive, ($20 per person) and he said that wasn’t expensive for professional photos. The “professional photos” he’s referring to, were taken by a 10-12 year old boy. This was the worst excursion I have ever been apart of and don’t recommend it to anybody.
