Half Day Zip Line Adventure - We had an amazing half-day adventure in Tulum that included zip lines, ATVs, and a refreshing cenote dive, every part of it was unforgettable. We also took part in a Mayan ceremony (non-religious) where we learned about the history and cultural traditions of the Maya, which added a really meaningful and educational touch to the experience.
The entire crew was extremely attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable from start to finish. A special shout-out to our guide, Julio, who was absolutely excellent. He took great care of us, explained everything clearly, made sure we were safe, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time.
This tour was well organized, fun, and enriching all at once. I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum, and we will definitely be coming back again!

Fun day in the Mayan Jungle - Rafael was our tour guide and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and funny and made our day trip that much better. Pick up and drop off were easy. The ATV ride was bumpy but fun! Ziplines were a step away from my comfort zone but they made you feel safe. The Mayan ceremony was educational and interesting. I’m happy I was able to participate. The dip in the cenote was the perfect finish to a great day. Definitely recommend this activity for couples/families/friends!

100% recommended. - Our experience was fantastic, we had a great time! They explained the Mayan culture to us and how they still preserve it. The tour guides "Victor" and "Jorge" were the best. They gave us confidence and all the protective equipment, they explained each instruction in detail, in both English and Spanish.

Adventure - A few things could have made this experience 5 stars. Communication prior to and with pickup was not great (gave us incorrect pickup info, then 40mins late, but did immediately answer our WhatsApp so that was encouraging). Main road off the highway to get there itself was like a bonus ride- about 20 mins on a very rough road lol. We rode the atvs along the same main dirt road which was quite bumpy & adventurous still. The atvs had some issues but the staff worked hard to fix along the route. The main zip line is not for the faint of heart as u hiked up a massive tower with some pretty rickety steps and railings along the way. But the view and the length of the line itself was pretty cool. The cenote was beautiful and much more involved and educational than we expected. Our guide was Rafael and he was wonderful, knowledgeable and reassuring. Did not love all the vendors at each stop pressuring you to look and buy add on things. Definitely an adventure for this Midwest family.

BEWARE TRAVELERS, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR‼️ - If you are looking for a smooth, well-organized, and high-quality excursion in Tulum, this is not it.!
Let’s start from the top. We were told to meet at Super Aki at 11 AM for pickup. We arrived early at 10:45 AM and messaged the company to let them know we were in position, ready to go. No response. The driver didn’t show up until 11:20 or 11:25, over 20 minutes late. No apology and no explanation. He just checked our names off a list & had us sit in the van for another 10 minutes waiting for another group. No communication and no updates.!
Once everyone was on board, we started driving. About 15 minutes in, we turned onto a long rocky dirt road full of deep holes. These were not just potholes. The entire road was uneven, making the driver slow down to a crawl. This took 20 minutes to get through, making the entire transportation process frustrating and exhausting before we even started the excursion.!
ATV EXPERIENCE – A JOKE
I have done ATVs before and this was the most disappointing experience ever. We were simply riding in a straight line on the same bumpy hole-filled dirt road dodging traffic because only one vehicle could pass at a time. There was no real course and no adventure. It was just a boring ride full of stop & go traffic. The ride lasted maybe 20 to 25 minutes, mostly spent waiting for slower riders or moving aside for oncoming cars. If you were hoping for an adrenaline rush, or anything remotely close to fun…you will not find it here.!
ZIPLINING – A MIX OF OKAY AND UNSAFE
The first zipline is into water and has a 220-pound weight limit for good reason. If you are over that limit, you will hit concrete. Our entire group was hesitant, so we skipped it.
The rest of the ziplines were okay. A couple were fast and fun, but overall nothing special. The real issue was they were doing construction on the zipline tower while we were using it. How do you expect guests to feel safe when workers are hammering and welding right next to us.?
The highest zipline was also a letdown. Instead of flying through the air, you glide slowly, so if you were expecting an intense ride, do not get your hopes up. Instead take your phone out and snap videos and pics.. lesson learned.!
CENOTES – DARK, UNAPPEALING, AND SKIPPABLE
I have seen some beautiful cenotes in Tulum but this was not one of them. It is inside a pitch-black cave with no lights, making the water look more like swamp water than a natural wonder. No one in our group wanted to go in. It just did not look clean or appealing at all. If you wanna swim in dirty mop water be my guest. For us, NO THANK YOU.!
MAYAN CEREMONY – A SCRIPTED SALES PITCH
The Mayan ceremony was just a formality to push sales. The moment it ended, they started aggressively pushing products in the name of helping the Mayan people. I get it but it was just too forced, we didn’t purchase anything.!
FOOD WAS UNAPPETIZING AND FULL OF BUGS
The food was basic & so forgettable. Especially when the city has better tasting food. Nobody wanted seconds & that says a lot. Worse, there were bugs in our sauces which they replaced but still. It was not enjoyable & if you are looking forward to the included lunch, just eat before or after the excursion.
CONSTANT REQUESTS FOR TIPS AND HARASSMENT
Everywhere we turned, they were hounding us for tips. I understand tipping for great service but not when the service is subpar at best.
One of the women in our group was even harassed by staff. She was repeatedly asked if she was single and if she was Mexican. Then at the end of the trip, one of them had the nerve to ask for tips to take care of his wife and kids. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable.
There is also a photographer following you around all day snapping pics of you and your group. Then during lunch, he comes around trying to sell you all the photos for $20 USD per person which is crazy. Some of the pictures were decent but most were useless. And for whatever reason, this man was out here taking pictures from between people’s legs. Like what was that about? Just weird. Definitely not worth it.!
THE RIDE BACK - A BUMPY NIGHTMARE
After all that, we had to sit through another 20-minute ride down that same rocky dirt road, bouncing around like a damn ragdoll. To make it worse, the driver took his sweet time getting back while we sat in that oven-baked van waiting. Meanwhile, he was off somewhere stuffing his face, licking his fingers before finally deciding to get in and drive us back.!
FINAL VERDICT: NOT WORTH IT
Would I do this again? Absolutely not.
I get it. You pay for what you get and now I fully understand why the price was low. If you can afford a higher-quality excursion, do it. This one was disorganized, uncomfortable, and felt like a cash grab.
Save your money. Find a better tour.!

Not organised - Not on time. Unplanned, tour guide was lost, had no fix plans of what to do next. Did a 4 hour trip in 8 hours. Had us wait on multiple occasions.
