10/10 stars - Manny was our guide, and he was so wonderful from start to finish! He was professional, friendly, and conscientious. We took our kids ages 10, 7, and 4 to Akumal Bay for snorkeling with sea turtles and to an unground cenote. It was the kids' first time snorkeling, and they all struggled at times, but Manny was so patient. Our youngest was over it about half way through, and Manny volunteered to take her back to shore and sit with her so we could continue, which was amazing! This tour is a great option with young kids, Manny had no problem making extra bathroom stops and a 7-11 stop for snacks. The cenote was stunning, and the highlight of the trip. 10/10 recommended this, our kids enjoyed it way more than the sea turtles. The best part-Manny served as our photographer the whole time, and sent me over 120 photos (both posed and candid). It's wonderful to have so many great pics, but also to not have to worry about taking the photos and just enjoying the experience. Can't recommended Manny and Tours with Mike enough, especially with younger kids! The flexibility was a lifesaver!

Sea Turtles and Cave Swimming - Manny was great!!
Some of our little ones had not swam in Salt water before and had a hard time.
Manny was very accommodating and great with the kids.
He took fantastic pictures for us when we were in the water together.

100% recommend - Daniel and Dennis were incredible tour guides. They were so pleasant, informative and friendly. They constantly had every need met, looked out for our children, and ensured we were safe and happy. I highly recommend the turtle and cenote tour and hopefully you are as lucky as we were to experience it with Daniel and Dennis.

Amazing start to our Yucatan Peninsula. - We had an incredible experience, with Jessica as our guide. She was punctual, jovial and very kind. I had done a tour of the Coba ruins and a cenote tour before, so I assumed the same. However our tour started early and the Tulum runis are remarkable in every possible sense. We also had my mom with us and Jessica made sure we paced ourselves such that she could keep up and enjoy the tour. Jessica knew so much about the history of Mayan civilization but also about world history and drew parallels and contrasts.
After the Tulum runis we went to Akumal for a swim with the turtles - once in a lifetime experience. What made it even more special for me is that I don't know how to swim and get claustrophobic easily, but Jessica along with Armando kept nudging me, and encouraging me - without ever making me feel pressured. They brought a Buoy that allowed me to stay afloat.
The last official stop was a cenote which was just incredible! Again Jessica encouraged me to try the waters and got a Buoy there as well and loaned me her scuba mask..
Finally, we stopped at the a street taco stop for very tasty tacos to wind up the day.
Jessica was also our official photographer and she took amazing photos that she promptly shared with us..
The tour is an amazing experience, and if you can get Jessica as your tour guide - you will have an amazingly caring, capable and kind guide to make the experience even better!

Amazing Sea Turtle/Cenote Experience - Was absolutely amazing! Ivan was very informative, seemed to know all of the locals, and made sure we were taken care of with anything needed. We did an half day and it was perfect for what we wanted. Picked us up from the hotel in a nice clean van and drove us to Akumal. Then swam with turtles for over an hour. Then went to an cenote was about an hour. Even had some not great swimmers in the group and we were taken care of. Saw many turtles, sting rays, and other fish. The cenote was stunning. Like a different world underneath the water. All had snorkeled before and this was something brand new to see. Everywhere we went wasn’t too busy at all so it didn’t feel like we were on top of other groups. Ivan tailored the tours to us and made the drive very enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend him, the company, or the excursion enough .

Great experience - We went to see the turtles and the cenotes. Ivan was our tour guide and he was the most laid back nicest guy. We felt like we'd known him all our life. He was on time and so polite and friendly. He was so knowledgeable about the area and he even came swimming with us in the Cenote. He took us for authentic tacos at a local cafe on the way home as we asked what we needed to try whilst we were here. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The turtles were the highlight of our day but the whole experience wouldn't have been as good if it wasn't for Ivan. Thank you so much!

Amazing day! Highly recommend! - We had the best time on our excursion! Truthfully I wasn't sure what to expect, especially with mt youngest daughter(6) but we all had a great time and Daniel made such an effort to make sure everyone was enjoying ourselves! I couldn't even tell you the best part because it was all so good! Snorkeling in the cenote was absolutely stunning. Tulum was breathtaking and Daniel offered so much information along the way and even ok the drive there about the history and culture. We all loved it so much and will definitely book again on future trips! Thank you so much Mile and Daniel for a great day!

Ivan for the win! Turtles and Cenotes - We had the most incredible day exploring with Ivan. He picked us up at 7 am and waited for us while we finished breakfast. First, he took us to see the turtles at Akumal, and it felt truly magical. It’s about an 1.5hr drive from the hotel zone in Cancun. It was just my mom and I and we had all the time to take everything in. We also had a great chat in the car on our way to see the tortugas! 🐢 After that, he brought us to the Minotaur Cenotes, which were absolutely unforgettable. The Cenotes were private and not crowded. We even went through a narrow, tunnel in the Cenotes which was thrilling and I am so glad I found the courage to do that! We even saw cute little bats, definitely a once-in-a-lifetime moment!
We paid a flat fee and all the admission tickets were included. He also provided us with snorkeling gear.
What made the day even more special were the thoughtful local touches. Ivan stopped at a small neighborhood grocery store to show us everyday life in the area where we bought some local beer and snacks (plus some tequila🤣) and then took us for authentic local tacos that ended up being some of the best we’ve ever had. Even the tortillas were made in house. We got to see the authentic Mexico, not just the hotel strip. We saw wild animals (Coati). So special.
Throughout the entire trip, Ivan took wonderful care of us- patient, attentive, kind, and always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. He learned some Polish too, now he knows a few words (and he’s good at it) It was one of the highlights of our visit, and we absolutely recommend booking with Travels with Mike and especially with Ivan.
