Must book!!! - Booked for our girls trip! We had the best time!! Most of the other bookings included transportation and we didn’t need it! And it allowed us to pick and choose which activities we wanted to do (Atv, zip lining, etc. for an upcharge of course) as everyone didn’t want to do zip lining or atvs. I recommend doing the private tour it’s like $7 more dollars but you don’t have to worry about the large groups! Carlos was our guide and he was very funny, patient, and kind!

A dirty pond. - This is an adventure you will be conned into at the tulum airport if you stop at the kiosks right outside of customs. Do not fall for their sales! Their discounted prices come with a timeshare tour that you must spend 90 minutes in (ours toon well over two hours to finish) We then arrived at this cenote after eating half of our day at the Hyatt hotel. It’s little more than a dirty overcrowded pond. We brought our flippers but they were not allowed. Tourist trap. Did not feel welcoming. Would not recommend.

Disappointment - Tourist Trap... A large plot of land in the middle of the jungle... reception and heavy entrance without smile, then a lot of rules, almost forced to hire a guide, a restaurant area full of guides and vendors who want to sell you everything... then the pickup to dirty cenotes or at least maintenance-free, dirty cenotes nothing spectacular, well-broken kayaks... The only "good" was the zip line... And also very expensive... I recommend more Kantuchil Eco Park much better and cheaper
