Dulce and Rodrigo were amazing! - Our Guide was Dulce and our driver was Rodrigo. They were 10/10, simply amazing!
We felt so taken care from the moment they picked us up until we got back to the hotel.
Dulce was extremely patient and explained the history of the Xenotes. We felt safe during the snorkeling session and amazed by everything. They were always asking if everything was alright and if we needed anything.
We chose Dos ojos and Taak bi ha and have no regrets, these memories will always be with us.
When we come back, we’ll do another experience and will ask for them!!
Communication with the company was great as well, Ruby replied our emails and assisted us with the payments.

Great experience, i highly recommend - We had Juan (and i forget our drivers name :/ ) but they were both amazing. They were the highlight of our trip. We got to every Cenote AND chichen itza first, helped us with photos with no crowds, taught a few of us how to swim in the cenotes, and was really friendly. The excursions with these two were the highlight of our trip to tulum

Fabulous cenote tour! - Arturo was a fabulous guide for our family at Sac Actun and Dos Ojos cenotes. He made sure we were comfortable and had a great time. Both cenotes were beautiful and interesting to visit. Would recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area.

Private tour, dedicated driver and knowledgeable guide, what else to ask? - Our guide Juan was fantastic. I originally picked 2 xenotes, but when he came picked us up and saw we had 2 small children, he made a suggestion for us to change one of the xenote, which I'm very glad we did. There is also a dedicated driver for us.
The trip wasn't cheap by any means but definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Bucket list CENOTES ADVENTURE! - Our guide Joshua and our driver Alex gave us an experience that was unforgettable. The private tour is highly recommended! Both cenotes were spectacular (Taak Bi ha and Pet Cemetary) and by being there first thing in the morning, we had the whole cenote to ourselves which we loved. Joshua was extremely informative; he would present at key moments but he would also allow us to enjoy the silence and the serenity the cenotes had to offer. They were very organized and had all we needed (snorkel, waterproof flashlights, life jackets). Skip the big tours and book with Absolute Adventures!

An additional excursion - We booked a second excursion of 3 cenotes and this time, we had Claire as our guide. The driver, Omar, is always on time for your appointment. The 3 cenotes chosen are Le Jaguar, Dos Ojos and Taak Bi ha. Claire, who was a diving instructor, has everything planned for this outing: cold drinks, life jackets so you don't get tired in the water because most of the time you don't have your feet, wetsuit to better protect yourself from the cold if you stay in the water too long and waterproof flashlights. Everything is organized so that the visits take place in good conditions. Claire explains to us the formation of these cenotes because each cenote has its own particularity and charm. We feel completely confident with Claire's diving professionalism.
I confirm the title of "Travelers' Choice Winner" awarded by Trip Advisor. Go there with your eyes closed in complete confidence with Claire. Thank you Claire and kisses.

5-STAR COMPLETE PACKAGE!!! - BEST TOUR COMPANY IN TULUM! Our tour guide is very professional. He was on time on picking us up from our hotel. He made sure that we're ready for the day, offering things that we would need if we didnt already have them. He was very knowledgeable about the place and answered all our questions, even the silly ones. And lastly, the lunch spot the tour package had included was a true Authentic Mexican Cuisine. It was very fulfilling, and delicious. We would definitely book another tour with the company again.

Amazing tour - Shout out to Hector and Pasqual ! Did the private three Cenote tour. The guides made us have an amazing time and the tour was totally private! Hector took pictures and let us pick what we wanted to do. Best part was he never rushed us and let us pick where we wanted to go and leave. The Cenotes were beautiful and not crowded! Would recommend the tour and the guides!

Juan was awesome. - Juan was excellent. Very attentive to our needs. Made all of us feel comfortable and worry free. He made sure our whole group was taken care of the whole time. He's very personable and funny. Has a good personality. We never felt rushed. I saw other guides with other groups and they did not seem to be as personable or attentive as Juan. If you can book him, recommend it. Their tour guide company is the best we’ve been with as well. They try and get you places when there are the fewest people around, so you're never felt crowded.... very important.

A refreshing oasis - First Cenote visited dueante our visit. But an oasis of unexpected coolness. Very suggestive these two Cenote closed in caves. However, the mask and the mouthpiece are useless because there is nothing to see. A suggestive swim. Then you enjoy the cool of the Mayan jungle. We also tried a fantastic Mayan massage, but a bit expensive.
