Wonderful experience - Our party of six really enjoyed the cenote tour. The guide, JC, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This was a much better experience than other cenote tours we’ve taken, and Casa Tortuga is beautiful.

Amazing! - JC was the best! Courteous and flexible. The cenotes were amazing and it was wide open early in the morning. Our guide took us to a great lunch spot (included) and then even an extra trip to Starbucks. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Tour, Guide and Tacos! - We had an absolutely fabulous time on this tour. JC was such a great host and guide. We loved that he took pictures of us that were shared with us the day of our tour. Swimming in a cenote was on my bucket list and not only did we swim in one, we swam in FOUR! The tour ended at the Oaxaca Tacos in Tulum. We are still dreaming of these tacos! I would highly recommend this private tour and suggest doing it early in the morning.

Best cenote tour book it! - We had such a fantastic time with JC. Our guide who literally held our bags, thought of every single thing and took photos of us the whole time. I don't think we would have enjoyed the cenotes as much without him and the delicious taco lunch at the end was just the icing on top. I highly recommend this tour!

Fun, quick, pricey - It’s was pretty. Guide was good. Transport was private but cenotes were not- they are open to the public. He picked us up on time at our resort. Lifejackets included but no snorkel offered. Underground cenotes about 10min each. Open cenotes had more time and cliff jumps but it was kinda chilly (not their fault). Lunch, as a vegetarian, was not so great. Out of multiple items. They offer juice but no alcohol (for purchase even) What I’m getting at is the tour was fun, but it’s overpriced. We usually tip but didn’t this time
