Excellent agency - I made like 3 excursions through them and I am surprised by the punctuality prices and quality of their services. They give you a lot of options to pay remotely that I am from Argentina and sometimes it is more complicated. They are super updated and very organized. Fully punctual and with the perfect services. How to ruin people's holidays! - After receiving a confirmation email and a call back that morning, we waited more than half an hour at the meeting point, before contacting the company, only to say that we were not on their list and that he had no idea why. All transport had left and we could postpone to another day, which was not possible since we were leaving or getting refunded. Very bad experience, bad service and as we really wanted to see Chichén Itzá, we had to call a private driver, who cost us a fortune! How to ruin the holidays by a lack of coordination without solution!!!
