Great tour with great value - Juan and Jorge were great. They took care to explain expectations and the history. It’s a full and long day, but worth it. The lunch is very good. It does take 12 hrs. Lockers are provided at the Cenote for $50 pesos and rental of life jackets. There are changing rooms, so you don’t have to wear swim suits all day. All the facilities we stopped at are clean and spacious. Book this tour, you won’t regret it.

Go for it especially if you speak spanish. Caution advised - Overall tour was good. Very passionated guides both with the bus and the one Chichen Itza. The company is actually one of the few or only fully mayan-owned here in Cancun The reason i'm giving 4 stars and could've gone lower is they brought us to a place that rip-off tourists with overpriced items shamelessly in the name of supporting the local mayan community. The place is called Xocenpich i'm not telling to avoid it but be careful they manipulate you to buy expensive things nothing unique about the items they sell. Otherwise the buffet included in the price was good!! Stick to the buffet and maybe only buy 1 chocolate bag. I enjoyed the chocolate workshop i would buy more bags if i didn't get ripped at the souvenir store. For the souvenir store they give a receipt so we can claim a 16% of that purchase at your return at the airport but that's still overpriced. (As they say it's a federal government incentive to protect and support indigineous people). I'm always for supporting small communities but not with the way they did. These points need to be improved but won't lower the rating: - since i don't speak spanish the bus guide is a little difficult to understand when speaking english especially when talking fast. Alternating between english and spanish but that's normal because it's a mixed language excursion. Maybe i remember only 60-70% of what he says. He's got a lot interesting facts and stories. I'm sure if you speak spanish you'll enjoy way more better - need a functionning wifi in the bus (since the ride is long ~2hr30min and mobile data may not work in a isolated area) - better be improving the pickup system at the hotel. A lot of time wasted from that. I had to switch buses I recommend this tour to friends and family. However if i saw my review deleted i'll tell people to avoid it instead since the organizer may want to hide you certain things. I'll tell anyways them be careful what you spend on not every stuff they offer is necessary to buy.
