Club Maya Tours 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 - This was an amazing tour from start to finish. I highly recommend this tour and Club Maya tour guides. Victor, Adrian, and Russell were THE best tour guides for this trip. They kept us informed and safe throughout our entire tour. The history lesson of the Mayan people before we even arrived to Chichén Itza was very educational. Stopped for a local buffet that was amazing. Chichén Itza itself was a sight to behold pictures do it no justice. Going to the cenote to swim was a refreshing break and another beautiful sight. Stopping at the small town for the best elote I’ve ever had in my life to top it all off.

Loved the adventure and learned a lot - Your was great, but was too long. Definitely over 12 hours. I would also recommend getting the drink tickets, otherwise you’ll be buying the whole trip.

Forced Imprisonment - Forced imprisonment! This trip was absolute chaos, chock full of “hurry up and wait” moments that lasted for hours and a majority of the 15-hour day was spent being pitched to buy junk. We probably spent more time at the Mayan version of “South of the Border” than at our main attraction - Chichen Itzá. We were picked up at 7am (missing our hotel’s breakfast) and then waited until about 9:30 for the bus to leave. We had only wanted to go to Chichen Itzá but did a half dozen other things, bringing us to Chichen Itzá at the hottest point of the day. Tour guide at Chichen Itzá was quite rude to the guests - even telling a guest that answered a question correctly that he is smarter than he looks. Our way home was chaotic - we were dropped on the edge of the highway and told to get in a small van, which took us all over Playa Carmen before our final stop - making us miss our dinner reservation for my friend’s 50th birthday celebration - we arrived at the restaurant as they were closing!

Pushy Tour Guide ruined our tour - The tour guide spent an hour of the drive talking up the gift shop at the Buffet stop and how the Shaman bless your items with Cave water. We spent WAY to long at the over priced gift shop/Buffet and we saw the shaman grabbing buckets of water from the pool. ITS A CON. Don't buy from there. Also, bc of that we only got to spend 15 minutes in the Cenote before the park closed. Very disappointed. Would NOT recommend this tour.
