Very good service - Very good attention from Gerry and Star. The tour takes good advantage and does not take you until night. We left at 8 and at 16 we were at the hotel.

Making memories in Tulum! - We really enjoyed the cenote swimming - and even saw some bats! Tulum was neat, but very hot. Thankfully the crew gave us some water. Moo, Estrella & Stitch were wonderful tour guides and seamlessly went from one language to another - very impressive!

A window in to the past, present and future. - What an absolutely brilliant day. A Mayan yourr guide, who spoke fantastic English, as well as Spanish and even treated us to his own dialect in Mayan, when asked. Learnt so much about the history and culture. Carlos Moo was funny, charming ànd very modest, and so proud of his heritage. The cenote was out of this world. Really, really glad I went, though it was very hot, and I have limited mobility, so was in pain, but the cenote quickly cooled me down and relieved my pain.

Excellent experience, I would choose them again - Excellent Service!
Blanca, enough spectacular guides, and Juan Carlos transport a 10!
Super explanatory, they took care of us and encouraged us to get to know the temples and in my case to get into the cenotes

Improveable - They picked us up late and we stayed more than an hour to get there collecting people. In Tulum being later the heat was unbearable which makes it difficult to enjoy it. In Coba the first chasco begins, you enter the transport by tuc tuc one way but not back, it is not expensive but it is 120 pesos + tip for every two people. Considering that you are exhausted from heat it is impossible to consider going on foot. Sketch tour of a park that would give for more. They take you to the last part second click: food in the middle of the jungle and 2 cenotes for what leaves you 1 hour and a half scarce considering that the cenotes are separated a good walk of stone road. Short time in and out as is. That if you then shaman ceremony for tourists... I don't know if that's expansion of Mayan culture didn't feel that way because of the insistence of going to the store afterwards.
The only thing that is saved is Mildred's continuous attempt and good work that I pull from the whole group while his partner dedicated himself to a minimal group of Frenchmen. Bravo Mildred and thank you!
In general, time is poorly managed, especially in cenotes.

Do not contract with Ekinox, arbitrary prices - I hired in November to do it on August 23. They wanted to charge me the entrance fees at price last year, which were more expensive although these are paid at destination. They told me that since I had paid a lower price because I booked last year, they charged me more fees. When I indicated that it seemed suspicious, they canceled the excursion the afternoon before the excursion telling me to hire it at the current price, that is, 11 € more per person... they left us thrown 7 people!!!!
The fees they wanted to charge me was $32 when at the hotel they told me the entrance fees to the park are $20. So be very careful when you contract with Ekinox. Ah, I have all the conversation that proves what I'm saying. We had to rehire because we no longer had a choice. Look out for this Enterprise.
