A fun day out in the sun and sea - Super beautiful day out on the ocean with great service and fun staff. Loved it! Sandwiches and drinks were great.

Great catamaran experience! - A little long of a drive in shuttle and early waiting to get on the catamaran. But once on, Mateo and the staff were amazing. Great instructions and explanation of the trip plans. Always felt safe and attended to. Snorkeling was short but adequate. The reef fish were beautiful and we saw just enough for the time we were out there. Drinks were excellent and plentiful. Lunch was good. We were on boat 11 and couldn’t have asked for a better time.

Day on and in the water - Great day out on the water. Hosts were great, and the photography was a nice added touch! Had a lovely day and would recommend this to anyone who wants to both party, or relax and play in the water.

Akumal & Jun Ha Cenote - Paradise Tours was great. Victor follows up after you book your tour and makes sure you get to the correct pick-up spot. The morning start was awesome because it beat the crowds. Our friendly tour guide JC was outstanding and gave us a very personalized tour.

Do not miss this Catamaran ride - Very fun excursion, highly recommended and would go again! The guides were very friendly and communication prior was great.

Would book again!!!! - Everything we could have wanted! Cool boat, nice crew, the weather was nice so we got to stop and snorkel and we even got to sail. Drinks were flowing and music was good. Be prepared because the trip may start at 1:00 p.m. but don't let that deter you from this awesome excursion!!!! Bring a towel and sunscreen and cash for a tip. You will want to thank them for an awesome trip! Thank you Captain Martin, Celine, Arturo , Marissa and the whole crew 🤘🏻

Fun Day, but... - Pretty standard for what it cost. I dont like to complain too much because I realize I am travelling and different places have different experiences. So I'll share my pros and cons Pros: They accommodated my mom who has some mobility issues by pushing her to the boat in wheelchair and had it waiting for us when we got off. Jose our host was friendly, attentive and made sure we had fun. All the staff was friendly! Plenty of tequila and beer They had a professional photographer taking pics which was cool! Only $50USD for a nice group of photos. Cons: I'm used to snorkeling close to the boat and being able to "quit" when I'm ready. As someone who isnt the best swimmer I've been able to enjoy snorkling 2xs prior. This was way too physically taxing to enjoy. We HAD to swim with the group and swim quickly FAR away from the boat which meant a very far swim back to the boat. Me and someone else had to be escorted back to the boat because we were too tired to keep swimming so fast with the group. I couldn't even stop to see the coral really. Most boats have food and open bar as soon as you get on. This one makes you wait until after snorkeling to get any foos or drinks. What if youre not snorkeling and only came to enjoy the boat ride. The food was not bad but not great. I would have appreciated some more fruit outside of grapes and red delicious apples. The sandwich options weren't bad but I needed some condiments. The experience was supposed to start at noon but I dont think we started getting on the boat until 1 or 1:30 (but did get our full 4 hour ride) I almost got left at the pick up location because I was told that I needed to look for Paradise Adventures van and a blue polo. Well, when I saw the Paradise Adventure van that was a totally different excursion. My driver had on a polo that said Cancun Adventures. So when he initially walked over to ask me if I was on his tour I said no. Thankfully he waited and it was figured out before it was too late. So please be aware!

Expected More From This Experience - I have mixed thoughts about the experience. I can’t confidently say I’d book again. The experience was scheduled to start at noon, we didn’t get on the boat till 1:30pm. Expected better quality food instead of simply just sub sandwiches for the $150 price tag. The crew was kind, and my group appreciated the open bar concept. Met a lot of fellow travelers. We did not get to snorkel due to the weather conditions not being superb.
