Definitely do this. It’s a lot of fun. - This is an excellent way to spend a day. Super fun, exhilarating quad riding and zip lining and the tranquil cenote. Excellent, PATIENT guides. CJ was Amazing. Safety is prioritized. The activities are fast paced and there was some urgency to get from one to the next, but I didn’t feel overly rushed. You will likely get a bit dusty/muddy. Be prepared. Tip your guides/drivers.

Great day and great guide!! - Had a great 1/2 day family trip doing the ATV’s, zip lines and the cenotes, which were worth the entrance fee alone. Our tour guide, Victor, was excellent! Only negative comment was that the tour operator told us we didn’t need money or drinks as everything was included and to bring towels. We didn’t need towels but needed everything else!

Not a great experience - This tour was not the best. We were told all 5 of our kids would be able to drive their own ATV's and found out once we were there, the oldest 2 were the only ones aloud and the other three had to double ride with others. ATV's were old and broke often. Many had chains falling off repetitively or having to wait to have their machines to be exchanged 3 times during the ATV time. Zip line was fun but super scary and unsafe. Some of us did it, some did not. After thinking about it more once we left, I can't believe I let my kids do it. The structure you climb to get to the top alone was not safe at all. The cenote cave was fun and interesting. Our guide was very nice but we spent so much time waiting for the rest of our group to catch up to us. About 50% of our day was spent sitting and waiting. The lunch was white rice, black beans and two taquitos with lemonade. Any other drinks were at a cost. Overall was not worth the money we spent and we were disappointed.

Fun activity, but a ton of waiting around b/c too many groups were being put through. - This was a lot of fun activities so overall, we are glad we went. However, the logistics made it kind of frustrating. A few guests didn't show up from our hotel, so our entire group had to waste 20 minutes sitting and waiting for them. Once we arrived at activity site, we were continually shuffled from one area to the next, and told "they aren't ready for you yet, so just wait here." The ATVS were fun (bring a face cover or you'll need to spend $10 to buy one), Ziplines cool, Cenote awesome. It is a chilly underwater cave, so bring water shoes! (Or you can buy them for $35 at the beginning). Any old tennis shoes work. We recommend the tour, but wish they packed less groups into each hour, because it got old be keep being moved "over by that tree till they are ready for you". Lunch was tasty. We were glad we had only done half day activity, b/c it was exhausting. A whole day would've been too much.

Cowboys and Con artists.. - Ridiculous from start to finish.. I was asked for taxes when I didn't need to pay any, everything is all about the money.. the 20km ATV part is a 5km ATV ride down a dirt road and back again... the zip lines are an accident waiting to happen.. the cenote was the only saving grace.. trust Mother Nature to be the only good point.. the traditional Mayan ceremony is done by a teenager in a fake designer t shirt.. then you're pressured into buying cheap tat that you're told goes to a 'Mayan community' .. make up you're own mind.... the food offering is like being on rations... rice eggs and beans... then we waiting for an hour in the heat without refreshments to be picked up to go home.. then we're asked to give tips!!! Ha .. here's a tip.. feed the horses, improve customer service, and give what you advertise!!! ... will be speaking to the tour operator to ask him to stop advertising this tour to stop his reputation being damaged by this facility.
