Great summer adventure for a whole family - Isabella and Florence were amazing. the tour was so much fun. We spend all day sightseeing Mayan ruins, swimming in the cool waters of cenote and snorkeling. Highly recommend for a family excursion when you in Cancun!

Swimming in the cenote! - Honestly, this was exceptional. Tulum was cool, the ATV's were fun, but the cenote, absolutely amazing!!! Our guide Manny was excellent and the experience in the cenote is one I'll never forget.

Let's do this again - My wife and I had an awesome time. The our tour guides were knowledgeable/enthusisatic, the ATV's were a blast to drive, all the staff were professional/courteous and the transportation was clean, comfortable and on time. Well worth the price.

Ruins, ATV, Cenote - They picked us up from our resort then arrived to their office where they had banana, cookies, coffee and juice. We then began our drive to Tulum to see the ruins. Super cool! Our guide Obet was very knowledgeable! Had 45 min with him and 45 min to explore by ourselves. After we drove to there adventure center where we had lunch (buffet style). There you’ll find everything from atv, snorkeling, zipline, and the cenote. The cenote was beautiful to see!! Everything was very well organized, considering we were delayed an hour due to an accident on our way to Tulum. Bathrooms were very clean. Definitely take a bag with extra clothes to freshen up before driving back. Miguel stood out to us. Super fun and energetic! Definitely recommend!

Must See Excursion - This experience was absolutely entertaining. They charge extra for insurance in case you crash the atv but it was out first time and we didn't crash. Getting the insurance versus not getting the insurance is up to you however there is a big up charge if you don't get the insurance from $100 usd to $1800 usd. The cenote was a nice and peaceful but wasn't much exploring. The tours were very professional and entertaining. Shoot out to Jose and Pedro (our extreme tour guides, Alejandro with the curly hair (our driver) and Veronica (our tulum tour guide) . Tulum was beautiful, had an amazing view but is very hot so dress accordingly.

Great cenotes - The ruins where great the cenote was amazing , would've have spent more time in the cenote , atv tour was not really a tour, just a run around the jungle with atv's going back and forth !!

Staff was great - We hit a major traffic jam on the way which extended our day, but the driver and guides did not hurry us to try and make up time so we all got the full experience. Tulum with our Guide were great, the guide was part Mayan which made it interesting. Lunch was satisfactory, nothing special but also certainly adequate. The ATV tour was OK, but that’s more a factor of me not so into powered trail vehicles (I am a mountain biker). The cenote was very interesting since I had never been to one.

Just make tulum and cenote! Not mountain bike. - The visit of Tulum is nice! Especially a nice sea view. Regarding the rest of the tour it is another story. You enter a huge tourist washer. The cenote is very pretty! Must see . On the other hand, the quad ( mountain bike) nullissimo! Do not take this activity! The quads are in pitiful condition you will travel at 20km/h stopping every 3 mm. My quad was so rotten that it broke down twice (they changed ) and especially the pressure I put on you to take insurance in case of an accident!! A CRAZY PRESSURE!! Ridiculous! (with your cb you are insured!) Don t expect anything unusual this is an amusement park for tourists

Not a great experience - Purposely looked for semi-private and more expensive experiences to avoid the herds of people in giant groups. Unfortunately this one disappointed. Spent a total of 5 hours driving and dropping people off. Crammed into a small van. Some people were late. Driver was friendly and on time. Had to deviate to their office to pick up more people. Talum is cool but our tour guide wasn't great. Didn't seem to care about the experience. They tell you about the extra $20 you have to pay so many times I couldn't stand it anymore. JUST CHARGE ME UPFRONT. It wasn't even about the fee, it's about the feeling thats all they care about. ATV instructions and hard sell on insurance was longer than the ride itself, which is just a follow the leader in a straight line. The $15 insurance hard sell was nuts. Felt like it would never end.. made you watch a whole video on it. The lunch was average. The cenote was really cool but didn't get to spend a lot of time there. All in all, you spend very little of the day doing actual activities. Much of the time spent trying to get a few more dollars out of you. Some parts were fun, but in the end you're paying to br crammed in a van majority of the day. Recommend either going full private or finding something cheaper, this was not a good compromise.
