Great Experience! - Jorge was an excellent guide. He arrived at our rental apartment on time and everything went better than planned. (And our rental was a confusing place to find!) By luck, there were not many people at the Cenotes that morning. We had one them all to ourselves. And, it was just me and my girlfriend. A good company honors a tour when there are only two customers who paid in advance. That is a mark of the professionalism they bring. Jorge gave us great lessons on the history of the region, Mayan culture and the geology of the Cenotes. The private tour is absolutely worth spending a little extra money. Get in the van, and have fun, because the guide makes everything seamless.

Great adventure with friends and family - Excellent tour. Ulises was a vey energetic, knowledgeable, and fun tour guide. We were able to see 4 to 5 turtles, 3 stingrays, and numerous beautiful fish. The cenote was beautiful and very breathtaking. Lunch after the tour was delicious. Having a private tour for our group was awesome. Charlie our driver took good care of us. We highly recommend this tour!

Turtles and Cenotes - Tour was amazing! Dos Ojos was breathtaking. Swimming with the sea turtles was also an amazing experience. Ulysses (sp) was awesome and taught us a lot about the area as well as the local Spanish. I would definitely recommend.

The best guides make for the best day! - Our guide, Elihu, & our driver, Carlos, were so fun and helpful on this tour!! They both gave us the best experience, based on knowledge of the areas, truly caring about their visitors, and preserving the land. We appreciated getting there early to beat the crowds and having an authentic lunch after. We highly recommend this tour!

We love Ulises and Charlie!! Must do tour in Tulum - Had the BEST time with Ulises and Charlie. 100% must do if you’re in Tulum. They made the day so much fun and were so kind. Remembered all our names, took pictures for us, and handled our belongings with care. The cenotes were amazing and I 10/10 recommend.

Incredible Private Cenotes Experience — Ask for Yosua! - This tour was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Having a private cenotes tour made everything feel relaxed, personal, and perfectly paced. Our guide, Yosua, was outstanding — knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He explained the history and significance of each cenote, made sure we were comfortable the entire time, and tailored the experience to what we wanted rather than rushing us along. The cenotes themselves were stunning, each one unique and unforgettable. Transportation was smooth and everything was well organized. Lunch was so good — fresh, authentic, and exactly what we needed after swimming.

Amazing - This experience was absolutely wonderful. Jorge was our guide and did such a great job. He let us go at our own pace and when we were ready to move on to the next cenote we did. There was no time frame or schedule we had to adhere to. He is also FULL of knowledge and knows his history so well, so we learned a lot along the way. Lunch after was a nice and relaxing experience. The only downside to this experience is that the water was SO cold. For me it really affected the experience in the beginning because we went at 8am, but as the day went on it got warmer outside and the sun came out it got a lot better. Just dont expect a warm experience at all. Even with that I would still highly recommend this experience.

An absolute must-do tour in Tulum - This tour is a 100% must do while visiting Tulum. Our guide, Jorge, was spectacular. He took care of us like VIP guests all day. He told us that he likes to treat his guests like family, and we certainly felt that connection with him from the moment he picked us up to the moment he dropped us off. Jorge has a true passion for hospitality! He’s so incredibly knowledgeable about the cenotes and provides a wealth of information about the Mayan culture. We peppered Jorge with questions all day, and he had answers for everything. He also shared great stories about his wife, parents, and siblings. Our tour ended up going longer than scheduled because Jorge let us stay as long as we wanted at the cenotes so that we could fully enjoy our experience. We saw three very different cenotes and had an amazing experience snorkeling in each of the cenotes. The day ends with a very traditional and delicious Mayan lunch near the last cenote. I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour and would wholeheartedly want Jorge as our guide! Thank you, Jorge, for such a great day!

Amazing Experience and Wonderful Guide - My husband and I had an amazing time on the cenotes tour with Jorge! Jorge picked us up from our hotel and we got to swim at three incredible cenotes. The cenotes were beautiful and swimming in them was such a unique and fun way to experience them. Jorge was very knowledgeable and we learned so much natural and cultural history of the area. He took such great care of us and really wanted us to have a great time and soak in our experience - we ended up staying later than scheduled because he didn’t want to rush us. I cannot say enough about how cared for we felt on Jorge’s tour. We capped off the tour with an absolutely delicious traditional meal at a local Mayan restaurant. This tour is a must-do when you visit Tulum!!
