Sian Ka’an - After passing the entrance to the Sian Ka’ an Biosphere, the guide will give an introductory tour on the biosphere. After driving for another 30 to 40 minutes on an unpaved BUMPY ROAD (this is an adventure!) you will board a boat in order to explore the coastal lagoons and marine ecosystems that characterize Sian Ka’an, and discover the fauna and flora that lies within it.
IF the weather allows it, we jump into the water to snorkel on a section of the barrier reef system, home to thousands of aquatic species. Later on, we visit a beautiful sandbank the locals call “nature’s swimming pools”, where we take time to relax & swim. In the town of Punta Allen, located at the tip of the headland overlooking the bay, we have a local lunch and take some time to relax.

Sian Ka’an is among the most expansive conservation zones in Mexico, home to an impressive assortment of flora and fauna. The optimal way to explore Sian Ka’an is via a boat journey, where one can traverse different maritime and coastal ecosystems which are the dwelling for an array of wild bird species, turtles, dolphins, manatees, and the prized fish species of the Mesoamerican reef. The package comprises transport from Tulum, lunch in Punta Allen and snorkeling gear. The snorkeling excursion is contingent on the ocean conditions, which can sadly not always be predicted until we arrive at the sea. Additionally, should the weather turn unfavorable, this tour may be prone to cancellation.

Great experience with Martin and Nico - I am very very happy that we got Nico and Martin as our guides. They have knowledge and sensitivity with the natural environment, you can really feel throughout the experience that they care about the land and the ecosystem that we were visiting. The experience was perfect. I would repeat again with the same company without a doubt!

Tienen conocimiento y sensibilidad con el entorno natural, podías sentir que realmente les importaba el territorio y el ecosistema que estábamos visitando. La experiencia fue perfecta. Perfect day trip to the nature reserve - The guides Pablo and Jessi were just incredible! You can tell both of them enjoy their jobs. We were with Jessi on a boat and she explained everything comprehensively in 3 languages and with a lot of vigor and joy. The atmosphere is simply breathtaking. We were not able to snorkel due to the weather conditions, but that did not take away any magic from the trip. We have seen turtles, dolphins and a manatee, as well as many different birds, while at the same time paying attention to the necessary distance from the wildlife. But the landscape alone would be worth the visit. The choice of food for lunch is very wide and includes meat, fish, vegetarian and also two vegan variants. If we could we would award 6 stars!

Unforgettable day at Sian Ka’an: Pure nature & perfect tour guide! - We had a great day at Sian Ka‘an Park!
Since our accommodation was quite a bit outside Tulum, we arranged to pick up the MexicanKanTour Office and parked our rental car for free in the parking bays on the road in front.
Our guides Macarena and Martin were fantastic! They explained everything great and made sure everyone felt comfortable. Macarena explained on our boat in French and English in parallel. ( As I understand both, I can say she did an incredibly great job.) She also helped us perfectly with snorkelling in case of difficulties.
We were super lucky and saw many animals, even the guides were partially amazed and we could snorkel. Martin and Macarena were very concerned that the conditions fit, if it had not been good, they would not have done it. It was also emphasized at the beginning of the tour that it is a kind of boat safari and it is nature and no zoo and therefore there is no guarantee to see animals. Although we were lucky, the flora and boating alone are worth it. Overall, care was taken that the animals are not stressed more than necessary! Some other boats besieged a few dolphins, our captains decided to continue sailing for the welfare of the animals! Please keep it that way.
Lunch was great, you could choose from a wide selection at the beginning of the tour (vegetarian, chicken, fish in shifting variants).
Be sure to bring clothes as sun protection! The car route to the national park is super bumpy/holey, the driver does his best to get through, but it's a little adventure!
All in all an absolutely successful day with great, very thoughtful organization! Thank you so much! We will recommend the tour!

A wonderful day in the nature - First experience with MexicanTours and I was impressed with the way the tour was conducted. I valued the respect and love for nature that the guide demonstrated. Our guide, Martin, was very pleased to answer any questions or curiosity both in Spanish and English. Nature was so gentle to us and we could see dolphins, turtles, lots of birds and even a crocodile. I would definitely recommend it to nature lovers!!!

Sian Kaan full-day - We had amazing day, it was amazing to see the the animals in their natural area. Martin was a great guide, he told us lot if information about the area and Mayan cultural. The trip was worth the money.

The best tour of all time - The best tour we have ever done, anywhere in the world. Martin and Jonathan were exceptional. The scenery was unreal and the wildlife was phenomenal. Crocodiles, Manatees and heaps of birds. 10/10

An appointment not to be missed!!! - The circuit made is fantastic and allows to take an incredible number of photos. The meal is of very good quality. What about Cristina and Kenia who allowed us to have such a beautiful day. They do everything to ensure that we discover as many things as possible, that we observe as many animals as possible and that we understand how this ecosystem works. I can ONLY recommend them. I would also like to congratulate our driver and our captain.
