Perfect for history and nature lovers - If you love history and nature, this tour is perfect. Tulum is a unique archaeological site with its oceanfront location and mystical vibe. Then, the cenote offered a refreshing break and a unique experience connecting with nature. It was a complete adventure. . I highly recommend it!

The tour guide in the... - The tour guide in the Tulum ruins was great and the lunch provided was good. Unfortunately the tour was half an hour late in picking us up and the first thing the tour operator asked us for was payment. We had already paid, so this came as a surprise. We later found out we needed to pay an extra $73 in taxes, which we were constantly asked for throughout the trip. It made the visit very stressful and we then found out that other people had paid different amounts of tax, so that didn’t make sense! The tour of the cenote was great, this was such a good experience but it was very rushed and cut short due to poor time management. I was given 1 minute to change into my swim stuff and was nearly left behind by the group. At the end of the tour we weren’t given any time to change into dry clothes, so had to remain in our wet swim stuff on the journey back to the hotel. The tour of the cenote was very informative and a lot of fun! Overall the organisation of this tour and time management made the experience very stressful and soured the tone of the trip. The experiences at the ruins and cenote were the highlights! I would recommend paying a little extra for a tour organised by your hotel as the other tour we went on to ChichĂ©n ItzĂĄ (which was organised by the tour operator associated with the hotel) which was 10/10! A complete contrast to this tour.

I feel like we were... - I feel like we were double charged since I had booked on my credit card and then we had to pay $160 USD in cash when we arrived. Please confirm if that was the case. We also thought it would be 4 hour tour and was almost 8 hours.
