Good sites but a tour was too long for us - GOOD Ruins were both worth it. Each uniquely great experiences. Well done, clean and organized “arch sites”. BAD - Tour picked us up at 8:40am and we didn’t get home until 9:45pm. Only provide lunch. We were staying in Riviera Maya so just took too long. We were worn out and missed whole day of our all-inclusive resort. UGLY We stayed at Margaritaville Riviera maya and had to get to Margaritaville riviera Cancún for pickup. The latter wouldn’t allow us to drive there with own car or allow our uber driver in - was crazy. (And we were guests of their sister resort) Full on arguments. Then finally got picked up by small van. 20 mins later we pulled over on main road and got picked up by full bus. Transferred on side of road! Only us. Was def odd. Getting back they took us to the wrong resort adding around 45 mins to everyone else’s trip - hated it for them as we weren’t dropped until 9:45 so everyone else in Cancun was probably 10:30pm++. Too long with little food.

Absolute WORST experience ever!! - This is about booking ref: BR-1100774613 We booked the "4 for 1" with you for today. On the website, the pick-up is between 7:00 am and 9:00 am. We did not know the actual time. So, this morning we were outside the front of the lobby at 7:00 am. No one showed up to pick us up. I went to the front desk, Yael called the phone number on my paperwork and was told that the reason we were not picked up was because the vehicle was in an accident. Which we found out later was a lie to us! He was told to have us get a taxi to Tulum and we would be reimbursed for the amount charged by the taxi. So that is what we did. When we arrived at Tulum and met up with Fernanda she paid the taxi driver for our ride to Tulum from El Dorado Royale. Then Fernanda told us we could join the tour, but we would NOT see the Tulum ruins - that part of the tour was already finished! I told her THAT was what we wanted to see! That I did NOT want to go on a partial tour! That we were not getting what we paid for. I told her that none of what happened was OUR fault. She said that the reason we weren't pick up was because she was told to pick us up at a motel IN Tulum that was also the "El Dorado". So we were lied to about why we weren't pick up! Fernanda made several phone calls and told us there was NOTHING she could do. Our ONLY choice was to contine the last part of the tour! We were not getting what we paid for and had to return to our Hotel - the El Dorado Royale at the cost of $100.00 U.S. dollars!! I believe we are entitled to a FULL refund of the cost of the tour AND a FULL refund of the cost of the taxi back! If we would have been notified that we would not see the Tulum ruins we would have canceld and NOT taken the long taxi ride to Tulum. And then the long ride back to our Hotel. We would not have lost approximately 6 HOURS of our vacation!!! Please give this your immediate attention and get back to me right away. Thank you, Nanette Williams
