This Tour not worth the money. I was surprised lunch was included but be aware they charge $4 for water $8 for lemonade - Lunch is included but they charge to much money for water or soft drinks ridiculous plus hard sell trying to sell their local souvenirs to my view if Lunch was included water should be included. The only positive was the swimming . Tulum ruins guide gave meeting time but they left 5 minutes early so we were stranded for a bit since the group left save your money pick another Tour

Okay in comparison to others’ experiences - We were very apprehensive after reading many negative reviews, and nearly canceled. Pros - we were picked up at our hotel within the allotted time frame and, after picking up some others in Playa de Carmen, we joined the bigger bus that had those coming from Cancun. Tulum and Coba were both nice. You basically have to choose between paying for bikes or bike taxis as with only an hour, no time to walk. Glad we chose the bikes as it was easy and fast. Cons - the Diamond drink package hard sell. Glad we did not cave. The drinks to purchase at the shops are inflated, but no more so than at other tourist attractions. The buffet lunch was around 3:30, and was mediocre at best, in comparison to another excursion we did two days prior. However, the Cenote was nice there. Timing was off on somethings, but not as bad as others have experienced based on the reviews. Noticed we had to pay entrance fees to Tulum that were inflated, as compared to what was posted online, and likely this is how they make their money. It just wasn’t as enjoyable as the company we used earlier in the week, but at least not as bad as others have had.

Express visit - First of all, the guides have been excellent in leading the group in English and Spanish, and they have been spectacular with all of us. Things to improve would be the logistics when picking up the people on the tour, since they made us stop in Plaza la Isla to give us the bracelet. That could be done directly on the bus. They could also go directly with the bus that is going to take us to the tour and not a van that takes you to the island plaza. In general, checking in for the ride is a bit tedious and time is wasted. The time for visits is very tight. I understand that visiting 4 places in one day is complicated, but at least I will try to make some parts of the process more efficient to save time. The centote that is visited is not very well set up, a little neglected. The lunch buffet is very slow to serve you, there is a long line and you have to wait. In general, the tour allows you to see Tulum and Cobá very quickly in a single day, for those of us who have been there for a short time it is fine. If you want to have more time in the archaeological areas then you have to look for other options.

Tour to Tulum, Coba, Cenote & Playa del Carmen - We were not told that the tour would be from 7:30am until 10:30pm. We were picked up at 7:30 and didn't arrive to Tulum until about 11/1130. We had to make several stops and then there were a lot of different lines and one last tax that you had to pay before entering the ruins. There was very little time to see everything before moving on to each stop. If you go I say stay close to the tour guide and make sure you know how long the tour will be. That was a very long day and a lot of walking. It was beautiful. Just be prepared.

Not good. - Trip guide had us meet in a hotel that would not let us thru the gate to get to the meeting point. The gate operator told us the tour had left already and we couldn’t enter. Trip Advisor refused to refund us. Will not be using this site again.
