Beautiful and smooth experience. - We had agreat time on this half-day tour. The Tulum ruins were stunning, especially with the ocean views, and our guide shared just the right amount of history without making it feel overwhelming. The cenote stop was refreshing and well-organized, and lunch was simple but tasty. Everything ran on time, which we really Appreciated.

Amazing experience - Amazing experience from start to finish! The ruins are stunning with the Caribbean backdrop, the cenote swim was refreshing, and the food was good. Everything was well organized and the transport made it very convenient. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Poor organization - I have mixed feelings about this excursion. On the positive side, the tour itself was great and our guides, Sergio and Cesar, were fantastic—knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. However, the organization was very poor. After a 7:30 AM pickup, we were taken to a roadside meeting point where several vans converged to sort passengers. We sat there for nearly an hour with zero communication about the delay or what was happening. It took a full two hours from our initial pickup before the actual tour even began. For an excursion advertised at 3 hours and 20 minutes, losing that much time to 'sorting' felt like a major oversight. It’s a shame because the ruins and the cenote were beautiful, but the company's lack of respect for the guests' time and the lack of communication made for a frustrating start. Go for the excellent guides and the sights, but be prepared for potentially long, unexplained waits at the beginning of your day. Just book with a different operator.

Tulum + Cenote = Too much time sitting in a van or standing around waiting. - Disappointing day for the most part. Because we were the only group as far north on the Mayan Riviera we became the first pickup spot on the milk run, with a 0650 pickup time, followed by almost two hours sitting on the mini bus. Not great with three small kids. Of course you don’t get that pickup time till a couple of days before. Then all the vans had to stop at a meeting place for a pit stop and to pay the required environmental fees. Tulum was a mess of disorganization with about 100 people being herded into one group to receive wrist bands, then each of this wrist bands had to have the date written on it at the entry gate. Once inside the large group was divided back into language groups, which resulted in a bunch more standing around. When we finally got into the site of the ruins we made 3 stops to hear a general history of the site, did not even get a description of what each building was, and then we were given about 1/2 hour to ‘explore’ on our own. Then we were bundled back into our vans, driven about another 1/2 hour for lunch, which was okay, and then the cenote swim. This was the highlight, however time was wasted with each group of people being photographed. The cenote itself was very interesting though. Then we had another two hour ride back to our hotel. So a very expensive day of which most of it was spent sitting in the van, or being organized for the actual sites. I will, however, give a thumbs up to our driver, Sam, who was great.

Disorganization in general - Little explained the activity itself. Tulum's guide's pretty tough. We were left waiting 1h for the boozy soup for having made the visit very quickly.

Overpaid for entry fee and rushed experience - Our trip started good with our pickup on time and uneventful. I knew I had to pay the conservation tax but did not know I had to pay with exact amount since the driver collecting the amount did not have change nor could I pay with a credit card. Therefore I over paid with $16 due back which I never got back (even though the driver said I would get my change). This along with a tour guide (nacho) keeping us at the front for almost an hour due to late arrivals and then rushing us at the site made for a poor experience.

Was waiting for it to be over - No shame to the employees on this trip, but it was overall so disorganized, and not at all what we expected. We were confused all day about the plan and no one gave us clarity. Answers from guides were vague. That being said, the cenote was very cool and others on our journey really enjoyed it. What to expect: Pickup 12pm You arrive at meeting point at 1pm to go to Mayan ruins. You wait a long time to switch cars and drivers, then get to ruins around 2pm. Tour was great but you will be in direct sun and by the time he was done we only had 10 mins of free time to explore ruins. Then we drive to cenote and you go 20 mins down extremely rocky and slow road to lunch. Lunch was amazing!! Our cenote guide was a bit rude and unprofessional when I asked a question about timing. (Tour should’ve ended by 6 but we were back to hotel at 7). Cenote was not as described or pictured. It was a dark cave exploration filled with bats. However, our group loved it! But if you’re looking for a sun filled cenote, this is not it. Then we all headed back together. Overall, the actual mayan ruins and cenote part was great but we spent so much time in the car and waiting around and switched drivers/guides constantly.

Avoid this tour and tour company - We spent more timing waiting for transport or for other members of the tour than experiencing the sites we were meant to see. We abandoned the tour after waiting an hour for the arranged transport and spent an extra 400 pesos mxn for returning to our hotel. Completely unsatisfying and unacceptable. Requesting refund.
