Great day out - Fantastic trip, enjoyed seeing the ruins at Tulum and the centre swim with our guide, Mely, who was really informative, but the highlight of the day was snorkelling with the beautiful tutles…..absolutely amazing experience just wish we could’ve had a little longer in the sea with them . Lunch at the beach club was really good. Would recommend this trip

Do it! - This was a really lovely excursion! It's a long ride from Cancún, but definitely worth it. The tour of Tulum was quite brief, and 40 minutes of time alone is not quite enough, but just barely. It's an amazing site and is quite small. Cenote Sueño was stunning, and the only way to see it is with this company. The cave system is astonishing and we spent the right amount of time there. Akumal Beach was also very nice, we saw a stingray and several turtles! Lunch was fine. Do bring snacks. Overall, this trip was absolutely worth it, a really delightful way to spend a day!

Brilliant tour, made perfect by a great local guide - Absolutely fantastic day. Our family of 3 made up a total group of 12. Lalo was an exceptional tour guide, bringing everyone together as one group, with a huge depth of knowledge, accomodationg needs and tailoring his style to the group. The tour itself was fantastic, not feeling rushed but incorporating so much for one day. I can't praise Lalo enough, in addition to our driver Jose Luis, who was friendly and accommodating. Brilliant day and would highly recommend.

Adventure..check, fun..check, great times...double check. - My wife and i booked an excursion through our resort Unico 20 87. They picked us up and our guide Chubacca was the best. He is knowledgeable, fun to talk to, easy going, helpful and takes pride in his job. Our first stop was to the ruins at Tulum and Chubacca gave us interesting knowledge about the area, the Mayan culture and beliefs, and tried teaching us some basic Mayan language. Our next stop was the cenote El Sueno. It was amazing. We swam in the cenote after a cleansing and purification ceremony by a shaman. During the swim, we learned how the cenote's are formed and the importance they held in Mayan beliefs. After the swim, we purchased the pictures they took and bought some black obsidian bracelets from a local seller. Then we went to snorkel and swim with the sea turtles. After seeing 5 turtles, we went to the beach club, Punta Venado Beach Club, where we had amazing burritos, hibiscus tea, chips, and salsa served by the sea. It was beyond wonderful and amazing. My wife and I highly recommend this for anyone seeking a great adventure and fun. I wish i could rate this more than five stars. Thank you for reading my review.

Fantastic tour .. highly recommend - Our tour guide Eugenio was fantastic .. he made it interesting, imparted a lot of his knowledge on us. The cenote was even more stunning than we expected as it was one large cave with tunnels leading off. The swim out to see the turtles was great .. we got to see around 5 of them in total really closely whilst keeping a safe distance. Would highly recommend

Wasted a whole day that I wish I hadn't. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. - Approximately half of the time is spent on the bus. In Tulum an hour is wasted on a tour where you only see a few things. Then you have to scramble to get around to see the rest. And it's all pretty boring. The cenote was excellent but too short. The snorkeling does not offer prescription googles so if you wear glasses you're out of luck. The meal at the end was just ok and I would have preferred not to waste an hour and half on it and just get back to the hotel earlier. The whole thing took about 12 hours. Used up the whole day for about 1 hour to 2 hours of interesting things. I would suggest finding something only going to the cenote and turtles. Skip the rest. Keep half your day for other things.
