Book it - The highlight of our trip. Juan was fantastic, very knowledgeable and accommodating. We enjoyed 3 wonderful stops with no waiting and Juan took many pictures and videos for us to cherish. Highly recommend.

Book this tour- you won't regret it! - This was by far the best tour we have ever taken in any country. Isaac was our guide and he was knowledgeable, accomodating, and a really safe driver which put me at ease with our 7 year old twins. This tour is just a tad more expensive than an Amstar tour and it is WORLDS more exclusive. Your tour guide will get all of your tickets for you, bring water bottles, and you get to make all the calls. For instance, my daughter got a bit too much sun the day before and was very hot and uncomfortable. If we took a large tour we would have been stuck there with her miserable, but we were able to speed through everything and leave when we wanted. He supplied flashlights for the cave cenote which was amazing (and also helped a young couple find their lost wedding band!) and gave us the option for a local lunch before heading back to the hotel. We didn't take him up on this, but if we were without kids we would have!
The only tip I have is to bring a reusable bottle for water at Tulum (and for that to be added to the reminder email). They do not allow any plastic bottles inside and we weren't aware of this ahead of time. It would have extended our ability to stay if I could have given my kids water inside.

Tulum Private Tour - We booked a private tour directly through this company. They gave us a very good rate and were flexible in every aspect of the booking. They suggested times and activities but ultimately the tour is yours to plan.
Abraham was our driver and guide. Not only was he friendly and accommodating but he is also college educated. He had so many facts and stories to share with us. You could tell he truly enjoys sharing his culture and knowledge with others. All the couples in our group were happy with his service and enjoyed his company. He was also very flexible and willing to let us determine how we spent our time. He knew all the great places to stop for pictures and would ask us if we were ready to move on.
We wanted a quick tour so we did not spend an entire day from our resort. Abraham delivered on his promise to have us returned by early afternoon.
If we are ever in the area again, we would gladly book again in hopes of spending more time with Abraham and learn more about his land and culture. Thank you Abraham!

Best tour of Tulum - We took a private tour of the Mayan ruins at Tulum with Oscar Sanchez, and it was magnificent! He is full of historical knowledge and shared the Mexican culture with us during our two hour car ride. Our tour included a fascinating trip to a cenote which was a once in a lifetime experience. Ask for Oscar - you won’t be disappointed!

AMAZING DAY!!!!!🫶 - What can I say? We seriously had the BEST DAY with our guide Arnie!!! He picked us up promptly at 7:30, and headed right over to Tulum. We got there around 8:30. We got there nice and early and beat the masses and middle of the day sun. He was just the best!! So incredibly knowledgeable on the history Tulum, the ruins, geology, etc. We were there to learn and DID!!
Tulum was about 1.5/2 hours, and as we were leaving we were so glad we chose to private tour as DROVES of busses from the resorts were just pulling up. It was so great to be in and out so early!
We then headed to the cave cenote. Just so magical. He provided all of the snorkel gear and flashlights to see underwater better. Such an amazing experience!
Headed over to a different sort of mangrove cenote after that. We ended up being the only people there. It was super fun jumping off the dock and swimming around in the blue water. I felt like I was in a natural aquarium!
What an amazing day! Arnie was the best!
As a gesture to how great it was, we offered to treat him to lunch (along with a nice tip), and he obliged taking us to a local joint with great tacos! Back to our hotel around 1:30ish.

Fabulous day of Mayan Culture and cenotes in Tulum - We had an amazing guide, Eddie (Heriberto) who took us to the mayan ruins early and was extremely knowledgeable about what we were seeing. We then went to 2 cenotes, Xunaan Ha and Taak Bi Ha. He was very patient and we felt very secure with him. We then went into Tulum for lunch whisch was delicious. Highly recommend this tour

Best Private Tulum Tour Ever! - Our guide, Oscar Sanchez was very punctual, and very informative, he educated us very well regarding the culture, and the very rich history of Tulum. We are so very satisfied with the professional service and attention to detail the whole trip. We especially loved that we beat the crowds and felt the tour was very easy going. Hands down he showed us the best cenote I have ever visited in Tulum as well. 🎉 Will book again for our next trip here 💯

Great experience! - The experience was great! We really enjoyed the tour of the ruins - even our six year old enjoyed it. The cenotes were beautiful and were a great experience. The guide was thoughtful and well prepared. I only wish that we had brought mosquito repellent for the ruins. Thankfully, our guide shared!
