- Dar Lasram - Architecturally, Dar Lasram, covering an area of 2,250 m2, exemplifies a traditional Tunisian house: the ground floor houses the shop and service quarters, the main residence is on the first floor, and the guest house is on the upper level.
The palace is shared between the Medina Safeguarding Association and the Tahar-Haddad Cultural Club in the store.

Arts Center Bir Lahjar - Madrasa Bir Lahjar is one of the madrasas in the Medina of Tunis.
It hosted Malikite students from various regions in the country for decades.
