Day 1:
⢠The adventure begins early in the morning, heading towards Las Garzas (Point of Embarkation) near Acapetahua, Chiapas, to board a boat and navigate the channels of the Encrucijada. A local guide will lead the way through the Encrucijadaās labyrinths, showcasing the impressive sizes and colors of the mangroves, and allowing observation of the local flora and fauna, as well as the tranquility of the area. There will be time to enjoy a meal at El Ballenato with the local community managing this Ecotourism Center. After the visit, the journey continues to spend the night at Argovia Finca Resort.
Day 2:
⢠The second day starts with a delightful cup of coffee and a regional breakfast. Experience four generations of coffee growers working with sustainable agriculture, diversification, and environmental respect. A tour of the nurseries, flowers, and exotic foliage is available. Known for the āpisca,ā which involves collecting the plantās fruit, whether robust Arabic or toasted grain, defining its flavor. Free afternoon at Argovia Finca Resort. Optional: Temazcal or SPA.
Day 3:
⢠Early morning offers the chance to enjoy the sunrise and bird watching from the farmās special viewpoint, accessible by ājeepā or on foot. The farm is environmentally friendly, utilizing a special system for treating organic waste, resulting in excellent 100% organic fertilizer. There is also time to savor a unique experience in the mountains with an exquisite cup of coffee near the Chiapas mountains.
After lunch, return to the hotel in Tuxtla Gutierrez or San Cristóbal. End of services. Arrival time in Tuxtla Gutiérrez is approximately 6:00 PM.
