日本語話せるウィリーさんがオススメ！ - ホテル移動日に7時間程度利用し、ウィリーさん（Widia）が運転してくださいました。
20代夫婦で使ったのですが、時間通りにホテルにお迎えに来てもらい、さっそく行きたい場所を伝えたところ快く運転スタート。
そしてなんとウィリーさんは日本語が少し分かるようで、基本日本語で終始ドライブしました！私たちは英語が苦手なので、日本語でガイドなどもしていただき、とても安心でした！
そして行きたいスポットが複数あったのですが、ここにはこの道で行った方が渋滞に巻き込まれない、ちょうど行く途中でおすすめのスポットがあるけど寄る？など、さすが現地の方のガイドを受けることができました。
お陰様で、あまり下調べしてなかった私たちでも存分に楽しむことができ大満足です！！
送迎場所は、乗ったホテルから3時間ほどかかるホテルだったのですが、そこにもちゃんと降ろしていただき、大変お疲れの中頑張っていただきました。ありがとうございました。
写真まで撮っていただき、本当に大満足です。
日本の方が予約される際は、ウィリーさんにお願いするといいと思います！

We booked this service for about 7 hours on the day we changed hotels, and Widia was our driver.
My wife and I (a couple in our 20s) used the service. He arrived right on time at our hotel, and when we told him where we wanted to go, he happily started driving.
To our surprise, Widia speaks some Japanese, so we were able to communicate in Japanese throughout the entire drive! Since we aren't very confident in our English, having him guide us in Japanese gave us huge peace of mind.
We had several spots we wanted to visit, and thanks to his local knowledge, he gave us great advice like, "Taking this route will help avoid traffic," or "There's a great spot along the way, would you like to stop by?" Because of his wonderful guidance, we had an amazing time even though we hadn't done much research beforehand!!
Our final drop-off location was about 3 hours away from where we were picked up, but he got us there safely and smoothly. It must have been exhausting, but he worked so hard for us. Thank you so much! He even took photos for us, which was a great bonus.
If any travelers from Japan are thinking of booking, I highly recommend requesting Widia !
We will definitely use this service again next time we visit Bali!

Best Driver - I enjoyed a wonderful 8-hour car charter to the Ubud area with my family. Merta is the best and friendliest driver in Bali. His driving skills are excellent and safe. He explained a lot about Bali to us and also took beautiful photos for my family. Thank you so much, Merta, for your help during our holiday in Bali. We will definitely rent again when we return to Bali.

Best Driver Ever - We had just booked after 10 p.m. the night before, but we received an email and the booking failed. Because it was almost midnight, all platforms were unable to book rental cars for the following day. We planned to take a taxi the next day. But the next day, I received an email confirming that the platform was accepting bookings. I didn't reply to confirm until an hour before our scheduled departure time, but when we left the hotel, we found that driver Dewa Made Putra had been waiting for us early. We departed smoothly. Dewa was very friendly and welcoming. He would drive us according to our navigation and wait for us to return after playing. He was not only a driver but also a tour guide, guiding us to buy tickets on the spot and sightseeing. He sometimes communicated with us in the car, which was very interesting. We would stop along the way to exchange money. He helped us find ATMs, and I noticed that he helped us make temporary stops. Dewa is the best driver I've ever met!

I want to give Dewa a five-star praise! - I want to give Dewa a five-star praise! We booked a one-day chartered car to Bali on agoda. We didn't book until after ten o'clock the night before, but we received the email and failed to book. Since it's almost early in the morning, all platforms can't book a chartered car for the next day. We plan to take a taxi the next day. But the next day, I received an email that the platform could receive. I didn't reply to confirm until an hour before our scheduled departure time, but when we left the hotel, we found that the driver Dewa Made Putra had been waiting for us early. We set off smoothly. Dewa was very warm and friendly. He would deliver according to our destination navigation and wait for us to come back from playing. He is not only a driver but also a tour guide, leading us to buy tickets in the scenic spot. And sometimes he communicates with us in the car, which is very interesting. We were going to stop halfway to exchange cash. He helped us pay attention to the ATM, and I saw that he helped us stop temporarily. Dewa is the best driver I have ever met!

Great experience - My driver was Dewa, as a female solo traveler It is rare to find a driver that doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. Dewa did an amazing job. He was extremely kind and insightful of the area. He gave me many fun suggestions to do during my time in Bali. He even helped me find a few snacks I had been looking for. some of the locations I wanted to visit were unusual I think however he had no problem. He even explored one of the places with me. I’m sure I will be back in Bali again so this is something I would think about booking again and suggesting to my friends. He really made the experience great for me.

My Bali Tour Recommendation: Wayan Merta with Bali Arts Tour - I had an absolutely, positively amazing tour with Wayan Merta with Bali Arts Tour!
He arrived at least 15 minutes before our private tour, had the itinerary I requested, and even recommended a stop at a temple I wasn’t familiar with. Wayan selected the best routes to take and what to do first, second, and third. He also provided additional information about each of the sites we visited. Wayan was truly a tour guide, and he was very knowledgeable!
We visited Besakih Great Temple, Sidemen Rice Terrace, Sidemen Bali Swing, and Gembleng Waterfall. He made the entire experience enjoyable and seamless.
I highly recommend Wayan Merta with Bali Arts Tour if you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and attentive tour guide in Bali.
This is just a little video from our drive. Wayan noticed this beautiful rice terrace and said, “Ooh, this is a great rice terrace!” It was an added bonus stop because some of the other rice fields we passed had already been harvested, so this allowed me to see the rice terrace at this stage.

Know What You Are Booking: Driver, Not Tour Guide - I chose the $55 option instead of the $130 option, and I got what I paid for: a driver, not a tour guide. If you are looking for transportation only from Kuta Beach, this may be a reasonable value, 3/5 rating.
The person you pay on Viator and the driver, are different people which presents another challenge.
Before your trip, know your itinerary and the exact order you want to visit each location. Make sure they follow the itinerary you created.
In my case, the driver changed my itinerary without my consent. Instead of taking me to Sidemen Rice Terrace, Sidemen Swing, and Gembleng Waterfall as requested, he took me to Tegallalang Rice Terrace and the Bali Swing because he decided those locations made more sense.
My original route was intentionally planned to be more geographically efficient, so changing it actually added unnecessary driving time.
