Worked for us! - Great driver. Took the pressure off of having to find these places on our own. Traffic can be difficult here but he made it more than bearable. Sacred Monkey Forest was a real treat and Adi fit it in even with some of our time constraints. Really is the way to do Bali if it’s just a stopover or an overnight.

Fantastic East Bali Day Trip - Went with driver Widi on the East Bali Tour yesterday. Fantastic experience. To begin I really appreciated the commentary on things we passed on the drive there as I love learning about every day things in places I travel. We reached Pura Goa Lawah (this is the temple with the cave of bats) and Widi provided a detailed description of the beautiful temple and its history and significance which I really appreciated. After I had some lunch at Virgin Beach went to the beautiful water palace Tirta Gangga and then another temple complex at Pura Lempuyang. Beautiful views from this elevated location even on a misty day. Widi was very humble and helpful and patient at all times explaining how the visits and entry process for each of the sites works. He was also very attentive answering all the questions I had. I should also mention he is a very good driver. The trip was a great experience and I would strongly recommend Widi as driver and guide. Thanks Widi for the very enjoyable day trip yesterday and best wishes 2026

Private tour is the best way to explore Bali. - Dedek suggested and took us to the best sites in Bali around Ubud in a very nice and well equipped SUV. He is very good driver navigating the impassable traffic. His good command of English allowed us a glimpse into Bally’s life. Highly recommend.

Perfect tour, we never forget! - Our driver Danan picked us up at the cruise terminal. After telling him what we prefer to see he helped us to do the perfect tour for us. We went to Swing heaven, The monkey forest, coffe plamtagen, rice terrasses and a beautiful waterfall. After we found out we never heard of a mangosteen and want to try some our driver even tried to get us some. He stoped at difgerent places trying to buy em for us but it was no season for it. But we really apprexiat the effort he was putting into it. Definetly recommend doing that tour!! If there where 10 stars I would even give 10.

Genuine cultural experience - One of my best friends recommended East Bali Tour after a pleasant two-day tour, and wow—I had an equally fantastic experience! The owner, Gusti, replied to my initial WhatsApp enquiry within seconds and quickly helped put together a one-day itinerary based exactly on what I wanted to see. The communication was clear, efficient, and well organised, which immediately impressed me. Our assigned driver was Dedek (Dedex). He arrived early at Benoa Port and welcomed us with complimentary water, lollies, sunscreen, and adjustable air-conditioning in his spacious and very comfortable car. Dedek carefully went through the itinerary with us and offered thoughtful recommendations along the way. He was articulate and engaging when sharing information about Balinese culture, religion, festivals, and even taught us how to bargain. Throughout the tour, he was attentive, polite, respectful, and considerate, offering plenty of local insights without ever being intrusive. Compared to a driver we had in Celukan Bawang the previous day—who spoke almost no English, shared no information, and nearly fell asleep behind the wheel on busy roads—we could not have been happier with Dedek and East Bali Tour. If you’re looking for a genuine company that won’t rip you off or take you to places you have no interest in, I highly recommend East Bali Tour. I was initially sceptical after our earlier experience, but thanks to Dedek, we enjoyed a wonderful cultural tour that completely changed my mind. Note: I travelled to Bali on a cruise ship and was only there for three days.

A day in Bali off a cruise ship - We had a fantastic day off to Tegallalang rice terraces, visit a waterfall and had lunch in Ubud. We even managed to end our day in the Manara Beach house for a sundowner and early diner. Martin our driver was fantastic. Listened to what we wanted to do and honestly told us what was reasonable taking into account the road traffic. Safe and very time conscious as Bali’s traffic is quite heavy. We were off a cruise ship at 8am and back for 7:30pm.

Seamless Day Trip to Ubud with the Best Driver! - We were a group of girlfriends on a Bali getaway and booked a private van to Ubud for the day. Widi was our chauffeur and he truly made the journey exceptional. He drove with care and confidence, navigated Bali’s roads with ease, and was endlessly accommodating. Midway through the trip, our plans changed on the fly. Without missing a beat, Widi suggested a beautiful temple along the route back to Seminyak. It turned out to be the highlight of our day—peaceful, unexpected, and memorable. Thanks to his flexibility and local know-how, we still made it back right on time without ever feeling rushed. From start to finish, Widi went above and beyond to ensure our day was smooth and enjoyable. If you’re considering a day trip in Bali, do yourself a favor and ask for Widi. Highly recommended!

A 6 Hour Tour of Bali - We had scheduled a full day tour of parts of Bali. We had an excellent driver/guide, Martin. He made sure he took us to some places on our "must see" list. He also took us to a restaurant where I had requested to have some Indonesian nasi goreng. The traffic with cars and motorbikes was crazy but I told Martin he was an excellent driver!

Rainy day - There is terrible traffic, we spent more time in the car than touring. Driver was good but he did not have a plan for such bad weather. He did take us to a nice place for lunch
