A Memorable Two Days in Bali - Our friendly driver Dedek had suggestions of places we should see, but was amenable to taking us places we read about prior to the tour. He drove us around in a comfortable, air conditioned car. We asked to go to temples and to see the rice terraces. Dedek answered all our questions, and suggested a restaurant for lunch that we all enjoyed. Dedek also suggested an evening dance performance and stayed to drive us back to our ship. We met tourists who had paid a lot more money for their tour and didn't get the Bali experience we had. We enjoyed the tour so much that we booked Dedeck for the following day.

North Bali highlights - The pick up and return to the cruise port is flexible in line with your ship's time in port. You can choose your own individual itinerary to suit your preferences. Our driver Yudi was extremely helpful in planning our trip to ensure we maximised our time to see our chosen sights, rice fields, wannagiri twin lake Lookout, Brahmavihara Temple. He suggested a coffee plantation in the Munduk area which where we enjoyed some coffee/tea tasting. We also visited Banjar Hot Springs. Yudi was very patient with us. His driving in mountainous terrain was very safe and he provided commentary about the area and answered all our questions. He also took some awesome photos as keepsakes of our extremely enjoyable day. Would definitely recommend Yudi and Munduk tours for a North Bali / Cruise Port tour.

Wili was an amazing driver and guide - Wili was an amazing driver and guide in Bali! He was always punctual, professional, and made us feel comfortable from the start. He shared great local insights and took us to beautiful spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. Highly recommend him to anyone visiting Bali — he truly made our trip unforgettable!

Amazing Cultural Bali Experience - I want to shout out to Widi who helped us have the most amazing time on this tour today! We went to Monkey Forest, Ubud Art Market, Tegalalang Rice Terrace, and Tirta Empul. Widi was very informative and knowledgable about every single aspect of each of the locations, and was always willing to answer all our questions - even the silliest ones. He even accommodated our requests that wasn’t part of the itinerary, like stopping at a convenience store and getting us items we had trouble finding. If we didn’t have Widi being our guide today, we probably wouldn’t have had as much fun exploring Ubud as we did today. We had such a fun time, and would highly recommend this to everyone coming to Bali to immerse themselves in Balinese culture and heritage. All the more, you should have Widi as your guide to learn a lot about Bali as he is a bank of knowledge, as well as being the one of the best guides in Bali!

Widi is the best! Love Ubud - Our guide, Widi, made this such a phenomenal day for us!! My mom has limited mobility and Widi made sure we were able to tailor the tour to fit her abilities and our interests and we had such a wonderful time. Widi was super knowledgeable and patient, a safe driver, had great communication, and was very caring. We would recommend him and this tour any day. Thank you for a wonderful day around Ubud!

Great and Jam Packed Day in Ubud - Agung arrived promptly at our pickup location, maintaining great communication via WhatsApp. Within minutes, we were off to our first destination. After a decent hike, he picked us up with water and a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the area and navigated the hectic Ubud traffic with care. Additionally, he took numerous pictures for us, always finding the perfect angle on all our excursions.

Weird booking experience - A weird experience— I didn’t even get to partake in this booking. I received a message that I was the only one booked for the day that I chose and the reply I got was that I could either pay an additional $30 fee (never told me what for), move the date (didn’t give me a chance to address this) or get a full refund. When I inquired about the fee and that there’s nowhere in the booking page that outlined a fee like that, they just cancelled by booking and refunded me (which I’ll get in 5 days). Overall, I’d advise to make sure you message them for clarity.
