Customizable - Our guide Hari was very informative; he gave us a lot of great information about Bali along the way. It didn’t seem like the tour company and him spoke about the specifics of what we wanted in our tour and our timeline. We didn’t end up going to one of the requested locations but he surprised with a coffee plantation tour and swing instead. Very customizable but be sure to confirm in advance

Great family time with Raj. A mix of fun and great thi bf a to see. - Raj was fabulous from pick up through to drop off. He knew his facts, was very friendly and had an infectious laugh.
Nothing was too much trouble for Raj. We were never rushed and the way he interacted with the kids was really nice.
Everyone had the best time.
In relation to what we saw, the monkey forest was fantastic! The monkeys are hysterical.
The rice terraces stop was crazy. It’s like one big theme park with the zip lines and swings. We just walked the tracks and had a nice time.
Our last stop was the waterfall and it was amazing! It’s quite the climb back up to the car but worth every step.

Great driver, beautiful sites but very heavy traffic so be prepared for that! - Our trip got off to a good start. Our driver Ayu was so fantastic, right on time and texted in advance to confirm arrival. The car was clean and comfortable and her driving was first class.
We really enjoyed the waterfall and rice terrace, we decided to skip the monkey sanctuary as we’d been told by other tourists that the monkeys can become aggressive (due to hunger) and there’d been a number of bites. Decided wasn’t worth it. My daughter particularly enjoyed zip lining at the rice terrace and the food at the restaurant was nice. Quite a few shops and not the hard sell of other locations so also worth looking around if there’s anything you want to buy. We set out quite early and so enjoyed the waterfall without big crowds.
We took the car only package and found buying tickets and lunch very easy,
The only downside to the day was the traffic. We spent hours in the car simply due to how challenging it is to get around, that made us more appreciative for our driver :)

Wonderful tour - Thank you Nengah for the lovely private tour of Ubud. Nengah was so friendly and attentive. He was knowledgeable about the locations and took some great photos of my family. The added lunch with the great view of the waterfall was delightful. There was a lot of traffic to/from Seminyak, but we were still able to squeeze lots into the half day.

Driver, Amazing‼️ - Thank you to your driver Norman.
Always smiling and calm. He is open to time. I'm happy with the location. The best three are Brissalen Royal Palace, Bali Coffee Plantation and Monkey Forest.
Despite the traffic on the way home, which took a long time, it was very pleasant without any nasty faces.

Very long drawn out day with minimal sightseeing - We booked a half day tour, pick up at 9am. As soon as we were collected we advised we needed to be back by 530. Our first stop was a show that wasn't part of the plan, our guide said it would take 10mins, the show was an hour and cost $75 Aus on top of the $550 we had already paid for the day. We then spent 20mins at the monkey forest which the kids loved. Our guide tried to stop at a coffee place, it was close to 230 and our kids were starving so we asked to just go to lunch. Lunch was at the rice fields but it cost additional to go down to the fields. He then tried again to go to the coffee shop. We advised of our deadline to be home. He then said he'd like to take us to a jewellery shop. It was quite a frustrating and extremely long day. I don't think it was value for money. We returned 630, missing our evening plans. I would advise choosing a different tour.

Underwhelming Ubud - On the positive side our driver was great, the pricinng reasonable, lunch was excelllent and TripAdvisor system worked perfectly, so there is no criticism there. The problem, as noted in other reviews, is the many hours spent in often gridlocked traffic staring at the urban slum that lines the network of roads that lead to Ubud. And the sites themselves were, to be honest, underwhelming. The ubud palace was particularly forgettable, and the terraced rice fields seemed poorly maintained, with more emphasis placed on ziplining occross them than their maintenance.
