Multiple excursions - Our driver was Leo who did a great job showing us around and giving us tours of multiple places. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and very accommodating. The overall tour and activities were so fun. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone looking for fun.

Excellent ATV Tour, Hidden Costs for Tandem Riders - The Monkey Forest was great, and the ATV ride is absolutely worth the effort — it was a lot of fun. My driver was a bit rushed at times, but he was knowledgeable, took us around the forest, and was good overall. One important warning regarding the ATV tour: I booked a tandem ride so my daughter and I could ride together. Booking through this site only provides a 250cc tandem ATV (the same engine size as the solo bikes), with a combined weight limit of 168kg. While the ATV center does have 450cc and 850cc bikes available, there is no way to book these through this website (or any other that I could find). If you are close to or over the weight limit, you will be charged an additional fee on the day to upgrade to a 450cc bike — despite them having plenty available. In our case, we were quoted 500,000 IDR, which is almost 25% extra on top of the total tour price. For comparison, their photo package costs only 400,000 IDR, so the upgrade fee felt excessive. The upside is that the 450cc ATVs are significantly better than the 250cc models, and I would recommend negotiating an upgrade if you are a confident and experienced rider. I had already done a solo tour on the same track a few weeks earlier using the 250cc bikes, and they tend to stall, flood, and break down fairly often — although the guides are quick to swap them out during the tour. Despite the frustration of the unexpected upgrade cost, the ATV track itself is excellent and the guides are outstanding. The front desk experience, however, could definitely be improved.

The guide can make an interesting tour a great experience - Our guide Kantun was incredible. He was so patient with us. He shared great information and stories about the Bali culture and Hindu. He even made a special stop for us when we needed another suitcase for the things we bought. Just an all around great guy. Easy to talk to. Great experience. Will definitely let people I know going to Bali to request him for their tours.

Best ATV experience - Awesome experience and guide. Kopang pi was very knowledgeable and polite. ATV was best one I’ve done but definitely need change of clothes! Went to new monkey forest and was nice and quiet and better then other one.
