  This unique and sacred monkey forest is a must-see destination while in Ubud. Surrounded by hundreds of giant pala trees, it creates a charming, magical atmosphere with fresh air. Walk along the path under the shade of these giant trees and observe many playful monkeys, lizards, and butterflies. There are three ancient temples in this area, and for locals, this monkey forest serves as a center for spiritual, economic, educational, and tree conservation activities.

• Tirta Empul Temple - 15:00 - 16:00: TIRTA EMPUL TEMPLE
  Visit this very active and tranquil temple built around a bubbling spring. Tirta Empul Temple is an interesting place to observe Hindu devotees purifying themselves through ritual bathing. The spring feeds various purification baths, pools, and fish ponds surrounding the outer perimeter, all flowing to the Pakerisan River. You can try the purification bathing ritual yourself, but the formal routine is meant for pilgrims and devotees. Ask your driver/guide or temple authority for further details on how to perform the purification bath properly.
• Tegenungan Waterfall - 17:00 - 18:00: TEGENUNGAN WATERFALL
  Tegenungan Waterfall is a fantastic attraction for all ages, especially nature lovers. To access the waterfall, there is a short walk down the trail beyond the shop, where you’ll enjoy the impressively green valley panorama with the cascading water as a centerpiece. Feel free to take a dip in the waterfall or capture beautiful pictures at some charming photo spots along the trail.
