Great day out - Agung was a fantastic guide. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He shared lots of information on local sites and culture. The places we visited were beautiful and the whole day was a great experience. My 10 year old son said he deserves 6 stars!

Great insight into the culture of the Island, whilst leaning having fun with our great guide snd driver - Our driver Adhi was great from the word go. He had already messaged us on a very rainy day to say traffic was bad and he could be late, his massage with picture attached. When he arrived he instantly used our names, told us his and apologised for being late. He was actually on time as far as we were concerned. Before setting off he explained the day but also told us that this was not in tablet of stone and there were options, he’d explain on the way to the Monkey forest. The options were visits to other places of interest, like local silversmiths, artists studios, wood carving and weaving. We opted for two. We were used to these types of visit but for those who aren’t beware. There are shops attached, you may feel obliged to buy! You don’t have to, having said that you can haggle and the goods are god value in our humble opinion.
The entrance to the Monkey Forest was very reasonable and Adhi ensured we were well informed. The ease of entry was great and although mid day there was no crowding we were able to take everything at our own pace. Following this our guide took us onto our other points of interest giving us time, information and taking photos for us to maximise the experience. The tour was great, fantastic value and I cannot recommend Adhi highly enough as the service was above expectation. A full day thoroughly enjoyed.

A guided tour of Bali - Adhi was a fantastic guide for us today.
He informed us of everything we would do and gave us lots of options.
This allowed us to tailor our day trip to give us the best experience.
Adhi took lots of photos of us and kept us safe in the Monkey Forest.
His English is excellent and his knowledge of everywhere we visited was exceptional.
We could not have asked for anyone better or such a lovely, kind person to show us Bali.
We would highly recommend Adhi to anyone who visits Bali and we will try to use him again when we come back to this beautiful country

The tour was not rushed and i got to do everything that was assigned.I felt safe and comfortable with my driver Wayan. - My Tour with Wayan was exceptional from the time of pick to the end of Tour...he is very punctual,pleasant, informative, humble and honest. I highly recommend 100%

Great experience and tour guide! - My husband and I had a great time with our tour guide Yansen. We particularly enjoyed the monkey forest, the yummy lunch at the rice terrace and water temple. Yansen was great sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience everywhere we went. He went above and beyond providing chilled water after a long walk in very hot weather visiting the monkey forest. It was very much appreciated.
Yansen is also one heck of a skilled driver navigating the narrow streets and manic Bali traffic with ease. His car was clean, spacious and smelt nice which is a huge factor.
We 1000% recommend Yansen to anyone wanting to book a tour guide.

Highly Recommended Bali Guide - Agung was an absolute gem! His professionalism, knowledge, and warm personality made our Bali tour truly unforgettable. He was punctual, attentive, and ensured our safety throughout the journey. I especially loved visiting the monkeys, the beautiful waterfall, and enjoying the coffee experiences along the way. What a great experience!! - Well what can I say. This whole experience was amazing due to our guide Adhi! The night before my now finance got engaged and planned a full day of activities through Smile bali tours. When we both met Adhi, he was very friendly and professional. Adhi explained the activities throughly and drove to the facilities safely. With the package that we purchased, it included price of admission to temples and activities. Adhi kept us company and explained everything that we had a question about. He was very knowledgeable. We would be happy to have him guide us again when we come back to Bali.
