Excursion with Bagus our tour guide - The views were amazing, totally out of this world. The locals and people who are in hospitality are so friendly and will go the extra to make your experience happier. Such a safe and friendly atmosphere. Our driver Bagus was so friendly, he went out of his road to help us. Such a nice, caring, friendly, welcoming and informative driver. I would recommend Bagus to anyone wishing to hire a driver that's safe on the road and has all the knowledge and history of his country and community.

The best guide, driver and person to meet in Bali. Thank you Bagus. - I initially met Bagus through the Heaven’s Gate Tour that I booked. Because I was so impressed with him I asked if he would continue as my driver for the remainder of my trip. He was amazing- he was very kind and sweet- always in good form and smiling. Bagus is a very gentle soul. He is punctual and caring and I felt like a princess being escorted from place to place. He collected me from Swing Heaven to bring me to a Healer that he had organised for me at short notice. This particular healer is very much booked up but Bagus ensured that he got me a slot before I went home and I am very grateful for this. Bagus is not intrusive and he knows how to give space when needed- for example before and after the healer I was anxious and emotional and Bagus just quietly sat with me. I also booked Bagus to bring me to the airport and before this we returned to Monkey Forest to see if I could secure a selfie with a monkey and Bagus did not let me down. I got my photographs and it was all done in an enjoyable and calm manner. Bagus also brought me to a Silver Crafting workshop and on our journeys we would chat and he’d tell me anything I needed to know about the different areas or the culture and beliefs of the Balinese. I was very lucky to meet Bagus. The photographs he took speak for themselves. Thanks Bagus. I will miss you and Bali. If I return some day I will definitely be hoping to secure you as my guide.

Highlights of Ubud - For my first trip to Bali, I was fortunate to have Bagus as my driver and guide. He did an outstanding job in showing me all the attractions, explaining ahead of time so when I arrived at each one I was able to take in even more information. I couldn’t charge my phone so he took many pictures on his phone, took me to 4 different phone stores to help solve my problem and then airdropped all the pictures to my phone once we got it working again. He really went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t miss out on anything as well as ensuring that I have a working phone for the rest of my trip! Well done Bagus!!

Great experience - Bagus is an outstanding driver and guide. She is very kind and helpful, gives a lot of information about Bali customs and religion and organizes the day well in order to avoid the busiest hours. Need a guide book Bagus - We went out with Bagus today and what a wonderful day it was. Bagus is neat, helpful, informative, terribly friendly and knows how to let his guests experience Bali. We visited the following places with him. - Ulu Petanu Waterfall - Gunung Kawi Temple Tampaksiring (Cliff reliefs from Udayana Family) - Tegalalang rice fields, nice panorama of the rice terrace - Tirta Empul Temple, where the Balinese do a ritual is called "melukat", clean all bad energies of us - and a traditional house where they make coffee Thank you Bagus for this wonderful day🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Our guide Bagus was simply amazing! - We had an incredible experience in Bali with Bagus as our tour guide! He took us around Ubud, and the trip was nothing short of fantastic. Bagus was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything we saw, from the mesmerizing Monkey Sanctuary to the breathtaking rice fields and the serene Purification Temple. Traveling with our 3-month-old son, we appreciated his patience and kindness throughout the day. He made us feel completely at ease and went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable experience. A special touch was how he always offered to take photos of us, capturing beautiful memories that we’ll cherish forever.
