The journey through the South Valley showcases stunning landscapes until reaching the colonial village of Czechocupe, where an ancient suspension bridge, crafted using traditional techniques, awaits. The journey continues along Andean roads to the trailhead. The guide will provide instructions before starting an easy hike with minimal climbs. Three colorful mountains are covered in short segments: 15 minutes to the first, another 15 to the second, and 15 more to the third. Following this, a 20-minute walk leads to the Stone Forest, an impressive geological formation. Throughout the tour, there are opportunities to take photos, enjoy the scenery, and learn about the spiritual connection with Apu Ausangate. The tour concludes with a stop in Cusipata for a lunch of Andean cuisine in a peaceful setting. The return to Cusco is around 5:45 p.m.
