Eklingji Temple is a Hindu temple complex in Kailashpuri, Udaipur, Rajasthan, serving as the Kula Devata of the Mewar Dynasty. Originally constructed by Bappa Rawal in the 8th century, the temple was destroyed during the Delhi Sultanate invasions. In the 14th century, Hamir Singh restored the temple and installed the first existing idol. Rana Kumbha rebuilt it in the 15th century, adding a Vishnu temple. After an attack by Ghiyath Shah in the late 15th century, Rana Raimal reconstructed the temple using the ransom from Ghiyath Shah. Initially associated with the Pashupata sect, it later came under the Nath sect’s control in the 16th century.

After completing the Eklingji tour, the journey continues to Nagda.

• Sahastra Bahu Temples - The Sahasra Bahu Temples (also known as Sasbahu Temples) in Nagda, Rajasthan, are a pair of 10th-century Hindu temples dedicated to Virabhadra. They share a platform, with the larger temple surrounded by ten subsidiary shrines and the smaller by four. The temples exhibit Māru-Gurjara architecture, featuring a sanctuary, mandapa, open porch, and brick shikharas. While much of the exterior is plain, the interiors and porches are intricately carved. The smaller temple has a restored shikhara, while the larger remains truncated.

Locally referred to as Sas Bahu, a variation of Sahasra-Bahu (meaning “One with thousand arms,” a form of Vishnu), Nagda was once a significant city of Mewar, possibly a capital. In 1226, Iltutmish destroyed Nagda.

Nearby is the Adbhutji Shanthinath Jain Tirth or Nagahyuda Jain Mandir, an ancient Jain center. The temples are recognized as heritage monuments by the Archaeological Survey of India.
