  Today, the driver/guide will meet the guests at their lodge in Kisoro and transfer them to Bwindi for a day of gorilla trekking. Get ready for an unforgettable encounter with the Mountain Gorillas. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is unique in Africa for hosting both Mountain Gorillas and Chimpanzees. Additionally, it is home to five other primate species, 113 mammal species, over 200 butterfly species, and 360 bird species.
  Due to the unpredictable nature of gorilla tracking, it is challenging to estimate the exact duration of the hike. The adventure of tracking gorillas in the park’s magnificent ecosystem will be thrilling for adventurers. The trek may last from 2 to 5 hours or more, and participants should be prepared for long walks in steep, muddy conditions, sometimes with rain, before encountering any gorillas.
  This is a fantastic opportunity to get up close with Uganda’s Gorillas in the Mist. After the trek, the driver/guide will return the guests to their lodge in Kisoro.
