the best experience at your fingertips with a relative Guide - We arrived in Mongolia in just under 5 hours from Narita. The next morning, our Guide Bororamaa and the driver picked us up at the hotel and we left. We are a family of five adults and a group of friends. Since it was a private tour, I asked for various things such as camels and horseback riding, to be taken to festivals, and to go to temples. Our Guide Borormaa is usually an English teacher and his English is excellent and his commentary on history and culture was amazing. If she hadn't ridden with me, I think the local horsemaster would have been very anxious because he didn't know a word of English. Helmets, gloves, etc. are not ready unless you give yourself up. But horseback riding in the national park through stunning scenery was an unforgettable experience. The camel in the Minigobi desert was a small sand dune, little more than a group photo straddling a camel, but it was tall and quite scary, and it was enough in a short time. I was taken to Gel where Bolormaa's parents live. It was great to see the life of Nomads in this time when they installed solar Insighters. During the tour, when we ate at the restaurant, we were all happy with the choice of menu. The gel had a set meal, but it was delicious. There is only a bed and stove in the gel. Cables are here to charge your phone. Walking to the toilet under the stars at night is the same as campgrounds in Japan. Tourist camping on Lake Uggie was amazing. But on the last day it took half a day just to drive back from there. Mongolia is wide. Next time I'd like to visit the Gobi Desert by air. Thanks to the Guides and drivers who were very communicative, kind and frequent, I was able to go to an amazing number of places in three days and have an amazing experience. We recommend this private tour to anyone who speaks English.

Amazing adventure of the family with two kiddos - We are a family with two small kids (3 and 6 y.o). We had a 3-days long trip with Amicus, Haliun was our travel guide and Enhbold was our driver. From the first e-mail to the hotel drop off everything was on the highest level. Thanks to Haliun we learned a lot about Mongolia. Because of her family background she knows a lot about nomads life. Also Haliun and Enhbold helped us with the kids when we needed it. During the trip we felt very relaxed and comfortable. We certainly recommend this tour and the company to everyone.

Mongolia is a hidden gem - Mongolia is a hidden gem that should not be missed by any adventurous traveler. Just a short drive from Ulaanbaatar lies the breathtaking Terelj National Park. This natural wonderland is a paradise for nature enthusiasts and outdoor lovers. The vast landscapes of rolling hills, towering rock formations, and lush green valleys offer endless opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, and even camping. The picturesque Turtle Rock and the majestic Aryabal Meditation Temple are must-visit spots within the park. What sets Mongolia apart is its rich nomadic heritage and the warm hospitality of its people. Billy and Binderya from Amicus take care of the tour very well. Five stars for them!

Best local guides ever! - Billy and Binderiya have been the most generous and best local guides ever! Very knowledgeable guides, friendly, and made sure we got the best out of our trip in Mongolia! In addition, Billy taught us to do archery like the Mongolians and Binderiya took us horse riding in the beautiful grassland and valley. Really great time spent in Mongolia under Amicus and our local guides care!

All worth it - My friend and I enjoyed our 3days/2nights private tour with Amicus. Flexible and easy communication from the start when customizing our itinerary. Our guide, Ms. Deema, was very informative and cheerful. Our driver, Mr. Uugaa, was the best driver there could ever be in Mongolia. No matter how much time we spend in a location sightseeing, we would always arrive in the next destination on time, comfortably safe and sound. The ger we stayed at in Hustai was very memorable as it was very close to authentic nomad dwelling setup experience. The ger we stayed at in Terelj was a modified ger for more comfort and convenience. This one had heated flooring as compared with the ger in Hustai which had the firewood heater in the center. We were also glad about the location of our camp in Terelj which was more secluded, giving the feeling of exclusivity in this touristy area. Both gers assigned to us were only a few steps to the communal bathroom and it was good because we could just walk a few seconds to reach it in the cold of the night. We were surprised with the food that were served in both tourist camps-- full course! Complete with proper cutlery to every course. Delicious and abundant in portions, I think they could rival the food served in high end restaurants, if not better. I recommend Amicus 100% and I would avail their services again if and when I visit Mongolia again, hopefully soon.
